Age of consent laws are bullshit, 15 year olds can consent to sex which also means that they can dress how they want
In what country? Lowest age of consent in the US is 16, and it's still 18 in most states including the one this took place in.

Damn perverts, damn perverts everywhere. But in all seriousness that is disturbing; I hope the girl gets well.

I'm not saying the outfit was the cause of the attack. I'm just saying as a side note, that this is not how a 15 year old should be dressing.

My theory is this: She wanted to sleep with the guy, and she was dressed like an adult so he went for it, then after sex he found out she was underage, freaked out about getting arrested for statutory rape and tried to dispose of the 'evidence'.
Does that mean 15 year olds should be wearing a one-piece swimsuit too? I don't think it's right for underage to be drawing attention like that.
How is that 'disposing evidence'? A dead person is still evidence.

Jesus Nithiel, are you saying she deserves the assault because how she dresses? People can't blame others for their own choices, that man choose to hurt another human being. It is his burden, and no matter how she dresses, he is wrong to assault her. What happened to your "Or they could just, ya know, get the fuck over it and not do illegal things."

I never said that. In fact I said the opposite. And I quote, "I'm not saying the outfit was the cause of the attack. I'm just saying as a side note, that this is not how a 15 year old should be dressing."

a girl shouldn't be at blame for wearing what she wants to wear
the man should be at blame for sexualizing what she wears

So if I go around in public with a hole cut in the crotch of my pants and waving my dick around you're saying that isn't sexual? Good to know. I think I'll dress up as a Helicopter for Halloween.
Again, not saying that the outfit was the cause of the attack.

Apparently the reason the 29 year old wasn't arrested for the assault was because he's just the one that drove the underage girl to the con and then let her go around alone with alcohol and no supervision in a skimpy outfit, they're still looking for the one that actually beat her. She is awake and such now though.

i didn't say that
the girl was wearing clothing
she wasn't going around and flapping her tits at people and spread her vagina for all to see
i don't see why you thought i was referring to you dressing with your penis flipping everywhere
i'm saying if you dressed like her, would you truly feel the same about this?
or would you say "i wear what i want"

I would never dress like her because I was raised with like, you know, morals and shit.
Quote from Lan;1236115:

She just turned 17, so 16-17 which is still a minor. I was referring to her pictures from 2-3 years ago where she was still dressing like this at 14-15 which is why I said it had nothing to do with the attack.

What, that's actually her and not some random person you picked?

Reminds me of the time I went to a con with a female friend of mine. She was dressed as the red and black miku? I think? Not sure, anyway, it was only slightly sexual, but we still had this rather fat and smelly man following us around repeatedly asking for pictures of her. Walking back home at midnight was a tad terrifying, cat calls and creepy stares from other congoers (some drunk)
I agree with what someone said just up ahead though, if she dressed like that at the age of 15, I wonder how sexual her "Stylised" Roger Rabbit costume was. I'm guessing a skimpy 2 piece, with bunny ears. Some creep probably saw her walking down the street and decided to jump her
