Judgement Blade will be much more helpful now that it's damage has been increased. That long load time is going to be a lot more worth it now. Also the fact that these gives stats will make people a lot more willing to drop AP on them.
I'll have to check out Gargash in a few to check on it's healthbar.

Currently No. Doubtful that it will. Probably will end up like Magic Crafting/Engineering/Rare Minerally/Shullien Ecology with no Talent to help rank it.

Good. I've had enough of new talents. Some people (I) need time to settle down and train what's been released already. I'm looking forward to other, more worthwhile content like dungeon revamps, new bosses, a new questline (we haven't had a new chapter or generation in a while, have we?), new heroes, and new things to fight. Revamp what's already here. Thank god for those fixes on the fighter glitches. I hope they do more stuff like that.

Yes they have training, even at r1. I have not seen Teto mention anything about Master Titles though. Chances are, if there were Master Titles, it would have been in the pack files and Teto would have mentioned it.
