I AM ALIVE. So I'm back with an update after a year LOL! I've been working this on and off, this project will never be dropped though! Progress can slow down though due to my own schedule.
Lots of things have been changed, one major thing is scrapping the building system. At the state it was in, it was not fun, un-intuitive, very resource heavy (dat precious FPS). It seemed like a feature that was just 'thrown in'. So in it's place, you can now instead buy houses in different towns/cities. You can buy upgrades for them to increase rooms, floors, farming plots, etc. Much like Harvest Moon / Rune Factory.

Weapons that are currently working and are balanced in current content
Scythe - Beast of a weapon, slowest out of all but has amazing AOE. Good clearing mobs of monsters.
Katana - known for precision and speed. Low base damage but has a double crit multiplier
Sword and Shield - A good all rounder, great at blocking, fast attack speed.
Greatsword - Fairly slow, decent AOE, limited blocking capabilities, fairly high damage.

Crossbow - Rapid fire, medium range, fast play style
Longbow - Slow but high damage and far range

-Seasons can change the environment to be more intense. E.g. Going to desert in summer will make you weak, lowers your stamina. Going to snowy places in winter can "freeze your nuts off" and you can't fight properly. Certain equipment with immunity can help with this.
-Crops grown in their season have higher quality and higher yields
-Crops grown out of season die
-Pumpkins! :D

Hey guys! I've been a long time member (whoaa mabiguru) but I've been hidden for pretty much all my time there and here.
I wanted to share a little bit of my game that's in development. It's called Project Usagi for now until I can actually think of a name for it.

It's an Open World Fantasy game with the JRPG feeelss, it's main emphasis is exploration and adventure. Multiplayer too! There'll be monsters, building system, crafting system and action battles. I'll be keeping the details a secret for now but I hope you guys look forward to it!
It's been a solo project set to challenge myself but I guess it kinda grew.
Music is composed by me as well so no takey :bow:
