Didn't they already overhaul Magic a couple times?
Rather than making Elves more viable in a skillset than humans, I'd rather they revamp archery for both races, and add more elf-only dex/int from existing and maybe new skills. Cases where like, if humans rank the skill they get 5 dex, but elves would get 12. I think stat gap is the real issue when it comes to racial imbalance, that and they'll probably do Str+HP before they do Dex+Int.
If by overhaul, making blaze, firebolt, and ice spear the only things good isn't much.
You know what they should do? They should make all races have the same stat cap and skillsets available, and have the purpose of races be solely for aesthetics.[FONT="Arial"]

That's taking the lazy way out. Bioware, a competent developer, released 47 classes for Mass Effect 3's multiplayer component and effortlessly balanced the game. How did they manage such a feat? Take a look at their weekly change log.

The update was focused on the talent, not race. As a result, there obviously can be race that is excluded, and we're well aware of it.
