Right now I'm using mine for Smash. It's tiny but very responsive.
??? Care to elaborate how it's useful in smash?

So after having used my N3DS XL for a bit and reading around, a couple of things to note:
-Crosstalk/"ghosting" is still present even with the super stable 3D. More of an issue with some games than others, I don't play with the 3D on at all in MH4U.
-Some people are finding that the "C-stick" works fine when directed to the left and up but down and right aren't as responsive. Apparently this is common enough that Nintendo is "overloaded with repair requests". I'm stuck in the group that has issues with the C-stick and I have the limited MH4U N3DS XL so I'm rather unhappy about that. My urge to keep playing monster hunter vs my being unhappy with the C-stick problem has left me indecisive about what to do :s
