  hp pot = -int
  mp pot = - str
  sp pot = -will
  
  Only archery and alchemy wont get affected

  My friends and I are speculating it actually is like it. Where characters are designated into Arhuan (?), Eil (Eiler), Elb (Elved), and Heru (Heruin) based on their personality and character. This is kind of out on a limb because only one Alban Knight we have met is from anything but Arhuan, Talvash of Elb (the third one in that picture). Remember, the apostles called Talvash a Snake?
  
  Also possibly related, the patch on the side of the Battle School Uniform looks like the crest of Elb/Elved. And all four of the Alban Knights seem to share name with Celtic holidays (Alban Eiler, Alban Elved, and Alban Heruin) except for Arhuan.

  There's 4 Fire Festivals and 4 Alban Festivals in the Celtic History
  
  The Fire ones are: Samhain, Lughnasadh, Beltane and Imbolc
  
  The Albans are:
  
  Alban Eiler, The spring Equinox. Alban Eiler translated means "Light of the Earth"
  Coincidentally Eil here is the "Mages" one (The Statue with the Staff is above the Eil Crest) and Alban Eiler, together with Alban Elved, were the days when in Celtic Lore the Magic was the strongest Also notice how Eil's Crest (the 2nd) looks like a Sapling, Saplings are often used to depict "Earth"
  
  Alban Heruin the Summer Solstice. Alban Heruin means "Light of the Shore"
  Alban Heruin was often celebrated in the Forest with Picnics, Games and a large Bonfire, one of the most iconic games was shooting at Targets with a Bow.
  Heru is the one associated with Archers and also depicts something that looks like a Shore
  
  Alban Elved, The Autumnal Equinox. Alban Elved means "Light of the Water" and marked the Day when the Sun began to wane and the darker part of the year started. Also as with Alban Eiler the Magic was the strongest on these two days. Alban Elved was in some Celtic cultures seen as the "Death of the Goddess" and Alban Eiler was kind of the "Rebirth" of the Goddess.
  Eil's Crest shows a Skull, skulls are often associated with death. Also Talvish seems to be a Capable Warrior with Sword and Shield as well as a capable 'mage' as he's the one who transfers some of Avelin and Altam's powers to the Milletian.
  
  The Last one is the only one who does NOT have a Mabi-Ingame day named after it since we only have 7 Days and there's 8 Festivals here...
  
  The last Alban is
  Alban Arthuan the Winter Solstice. The shortest day of the Year and the birthday of King Arthur. Alban Arthuan was a festival of peace.
  Aveline and Altam seem more righteous than Talvish which could mean that the Warrior Cast is split between Elb and Arhuan depending on their personality. if they're more righteous and kind hearted they're in Arhuan while the more cunning and merciless are in Elb.
  Much like in Vindictus the Silent Brotherhood was split into the Kindhearted and righteous Paladins and the merciless and cunning Dark Knights :3

  I'm not sure if they mention it Ingame at all but there's enough indicators to assume Heru's and Eil's names by themself.
  
  1. There's 4 Crests, Aveline and Altam have the same while Talvish has a different one.
  2. Both of those Crests are seen alongside the other two (Heru and Eil)
  3. Nexon's Info page in NA. Altam is mentioned to be Member of the Famed "Arthuan" Unit
