[SPOILER="Wrong"]
- G19
- Ridiculous generation difficulty.
- Did not put an actual prerequisite, allowing newbs to do G19, which they can't even complete.
- Gave the raid orders requirements that are ridiculous and/or near-impossible to complete.
- Made the raid stupidly under-rewarding, giving no motivation to do them.
- Made Celestial Spike and its subskills ridiculously underpowered.
- Made Shield of Trust difficult to use and conflicting in party play.
- Made it require ~4 years to get level 225 Crusader.
- Made the Crusader subskills ridiculously hard to acquire and train.
- Melee Renovation
- Threw in a whole bunch of random unnecessary things.
- Did not take away Normal Attack, Smash, and Counterattack's i-frame causing.
- Did not lessen the overall animation locks.
- Neglected to fix Taunt and Wind Guard.
- Neglected to lift dual-wield weapon restrictions.
- Neglected to lift 2h weapon restrictions for humans.
- Neglected to lift 2h weapon, dual wield, and heavy armor restrictions for elves.
- Neglected to nerf Weapon Masteries when dual-wielding.
- Neglected to nerf Defense skill w/ shield.
- Neglected to buff Defense skill's party defense retardedly small range.
- Neglected to uncap Evasion.
- Neglected to move Tumble into Combat and remove its knuckle requirement.
- Overpowered Final Hit.
- Implemented Rage Impact and Dual Wield Mastery, which are both unnecessary power creeps.
- Magic Renovation
- Neglected to nerf Firebolt and Blaze.
- Neglected to buff natural mana regeneration, which is stupidly slow compared to stamina and health.
- Neglected to uncap Meditation and Mana Shield, and instead threw in a skill that makes Meditation obsolete.
- Neglected to lessen Meditation's stamina regeneration halt.
- Neglected to rebalance Healing's odd healing:mana ratio, remove/lessen self-Healing's stamina consumption, and/or buff Healing.
- Neglected to touch Spellwalk, which has a stupidly high stamina cost and isn't compatible with magic shields and/or advanced magic spells.
- Neglected to buff Hail Storm's ridiculously small range and splash; from personal experience its very hard to utilize both.
- Neglected to make Hail Storm not cancel on knockdown and/or less interruptible. There isn't really much of a way for Hail to defend itself other than area of effect pets.
- Neglected to remove the damage decrease on distance of Shockwave and Meteor Strike, which are unnecessary hampers.
- Neglected to lower Shockwave's stupidly high mana cost.
- Left Meteor Strike mostly shit outside of its master title.
- Neglected to give Elves an actual advantage over humans and giants in magic, which according to character creation they excel in magic.
- Overpowered Lightning Rod.
- Archer Renovation
- Rushed Archer Renovation.
- Made Luck Evasion very slightly less of an issue rather than removing it outright; 100% requires standing still, which no one is going to do.
- Neglected to remove aggressive aggro for just targeting something with a bow/xbow.
- Neglected to give Elves an actual advantage over humans in archery.
- Gave humans an even shorter Support Shot cooldown time than elves, which makes no sense.
- Did not enhance Support Shot's and Spider Shot's party play.
- Left Crash Shot's cooldown alone. As the only archer area of effect aside from Magnum splash, it's much slower than pre-Genesis and combined with the need to aim which isn't enhanced by Ranged Attack it's somewhat difficult to use.
- Left Mirage Missile buggy.
- Neglected to fix Elven Magic Missile.
- Left Final Shot's load time and its load time decrease intact, rather than giving it a proper utility buff.
- Lowered Final Shot's cooldown slightly, but doesn't come anywhere close to Final Hit's cooldown.
- Needlessly buffed Throwing Attack/Atlatls to the point where giant "archery" can rival a human's/elf's, instead of just allowing it to be used with other weapons.
- Added a buggy and somewhat hard to use Urgent Shot.
- Did not add any more archer skills to increase its diversity.

Honestly, I'm iffy to trust Life, Fighter, Bard, Puppet, and Gunner, in the hands of the new director...
He couldn't make life skills worse, but same case was with archery, and he didn't do much to fix anything of it so i wouldn't trust them at all.
I agree with most of the wrong ones.
They could:
*Nerf everything but melee and range to balance it out.
*Allow giants to use ballistas (likexbows) with high but slow damage.
*Allow elves to specialize on melee, let them wield dual and 2 handers or make it so they compensate low dmg with fast attacks, tons of them.
*Add some more skills to ranged.
*Make ninja dex + will based so there wont be as many plate armoured ninjas runing around (and makes more sense).
*Give fighter a counterattack skill that when activated it will switch into stance and auto counter anyone that attacks physically lasting certain amount of time (like a mix of windguard and counter) to make it just slightly more reliable in multi agro situations.
*Make heavy armors lower movement speed (not a lot) and reward fighting with clothing maybe? leaving light armors in a middle point.
*Give archery aim meter a damage multiplier, remove support shot cooldown, and maybe let elves have a piercing mastery or some kind of piercing bonus, critical or accuracy over humans.
*Make anything from gacha obtainable via life skills crafting and dungeon rewards.
*Revamp the life skills GUI so its less of a pain to use at least.
*Revert to the old movement system to fix the displacement lag.
*Make most fighter skills useable with barehands.
Thats just a few suggestions that could improve the game, if they even cared... but thats my opinion.
