I agreed with you on Mario and Luigi dream team part too... and it's heavily-relied on the gyroscope control which made some parts in game nearly unplayable... especially in that one giant boss vs giant Luigi. The best one is Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga and Mario and Luigi: Partner in Time... probably because it doesn't rely on any of those gimmicky features in a battle.
I've played SS and PiT and they're all great. BiS is also great since it's, well, Bowser, but on an emulator I got stuck on the first giant battle because I didn't have a mike to breathe fire.

Metroid: Zero Mission - Handholding
Zero Mission was my first metroid game, and what got me into the Metroid franchise.
Sm4sh. Nintendo doesn't know how to balance; they nerfed Ganon to shit in Brawl and barely buffed him (despite better KO potential he still has moves that are just downright awful) while Bowser, whose a little higher tier than Ganon, got massively buffed to mid-top tier, and even Diddy Kong, a really high tier character, got hugely buffed. I'm also more annoyed that there has to be a fucking option to allow custom moves, and that it doesn't exist in online, non-friend matches, which I can use to remedy some of Ganon's major weaknesses.
Also why the fuck is Ridley STILL not a playable character, and that they reduced him to a mere stage hazard?
