Iirc this should work, never did it myself but did hear from people using low rolls for it.

Kapra theorized that due to the 3in-1out being able to regenerate the same item, that it might be possible to stick in items with low set effects and get one with high set effects.
But people do data mining on the wiki all the time (see the tags on item details for example, and item IDs hidden in the templates). They just seem to be paranoid lately due to the server leaks.
Also yeah. The wiki doesn't want to be attacked by nexon, which is why the current staff of the wiki is... questionable.
Well, you see, they said... Why not just have a nice tea party with the wiki's staff instead of just ranting and venting?
He's testing by trial and error wasting his in-game gold and recording what happens.
Unfortunately the data I'm working off of is from G13
And given what other users here have said about the wiki, bringing this up again is likely to get me banned.
And they don't want it, so here you go, mabination can have it.
They didn't want it because some shit about data mining and server leaking stuff, then some shit about Nexon talking to them not to mention anything about data mining blah blah blah blah blah blah. They would probably have accepted it if they weren't held back.
Wiki doesn't want valuable data? Blame Nexon, 'nuff said.
How about we make a new section of the forums that only mods can post in that has major information posted in it, such as this? We could just call it the wiki section or something. Beats the true wiki if they're getting hounded by NX.
I think a data section might be a good idea. Though it would be more like the guides section, where anyone can post useful data, be it from simple observation to extensive data mining and/or testing. If the wiki doesn't want it then there may as well be a place to put it for everyone to access it easily.
