Fishing Data (Avon, Rosemary)

  So I was looking through the fishing data in the leaked G13 JP server files. Nothing really stands out as special other than there having been about EleventyBazillionâ„¢ fishing events in China that required their own event fishing pools. I can see the odds for things, I can see the items like Kite Shields that drop with specific colors, and none of this is new to us.
  
  But I'm sure people want to know the odds for the Rosemary Gloves tailoring manual.
  
  Now, here the devs did two things. They made it easy on me, and they also showed their sadistic side at the same time. See, most monster and item drop chances in Mabi are weighted values. That is, instead of anything resembling a percentage or "x out of x", they're listed in terms of a "weight" value, which means a little extra math and room for human error when figuring out drop rates to single percentages.
  
  Well, here the devs left comments (that I have confirmed) noting the percentage chances! For Avon. Specifically. Only Avon has these comments. Why? So they could double-check their work and make sure that the Rosemary Gloves manual would be really friggin' rare.

  What's that, can't even see a single pixel representing the bar for the manual and skill books? Yeah they're pretty damn rare. The skill books have a weight of 40, you know, far below the other stuff on the charge at like 35,000 and junk.
  
  Oh and the manual? Weighted at 4.

  Welp at least I finally got a percent, better than just "Fish for a couple of months, you're bound to get it"
  
  Now I can calculate an estimated amount of time based of fish catching rate and bite intervals, put that into days and could get a useless estimate so I can feel happier.

  I wonder what level reforge you would require with an adonis. I didn't know the title was more efficient than the set effect.

  So I searched for the ID for Snow Spider's Web, and I found it in the mission drop table (and the spider in monster.xml references this as a bonus drop entry). Looks like it's done this way to give mission monsters different drop pools on different difficulties.
  
  Out of difficulties 2, 3, and 4... the spider has equal drop pools, the only thing that differs is the chance of the rare one. So Advanced should work as well as Hard (assuming 1234 are increasing difficulty). In both of those difficulties, the pool contents are...
  
  Pool 1 (150,000): Cobweb, Snowball
  Pool 2 (20,000): Ice Elemental, Ice Mine
  Pool 3 (4,000): Ice Wand, Snow Spider's Web, Blue Upgrade Stone?!?
  
  Idunno' what that ID for a blue stone is doing there, but it's there. May have been removed since then or something because that would make it about as common as the Snow Spider's Web (an item from a pool is picked randomly as far as I see).
  
  So anyways, depending on how the drop math works for monsters, those pools are either 15%/2%/0.4%, or 86%/11%/0.2%. So the drop chance for the Snow Spider's Web specifically looks to be either 0.13% or 0.06% if the blue stone is still there... or 0.2% or 0.1% if it's not.

  Considering I've had an alt fisher up and I've stared at it fishing and have yet to see a single fail, Its gotta be 30% or higher. Not a single fail viewed at all.
  
  Which makes me wonder if it can actually be exactly measured because the 2nd title is so verbose it hurts. Would be nice to know how large the other effect is.
