Anime where a lot of the stuff going on in the plot is located in or around a school. I don't mind school aged students being the main characters but for fucks sake keep the school aspect as a background element.

Cute/moe whatever, trying to lure creeps in with lolis.

All those -dere type characters (tsundere, yandere and whatever else is on the list)

Inexplicable power ups.

Good guys somehow always winning.

cookie-cutter/template anime. Basically where if you replaced character names, and selected some events from a pre-made list, you could design the plot for half the anime released during the past year.

I'm tired of yandere waifu-bait girls

Weird incestous relationships with big brother for no real reason

geeky/neets getting a ton of girls and forming a somewhat harem even though they're a shut in and have no really good traits

adding a character for one or two episodes then never bringing them back up

suddenly just knowing how to do everything or having some BS way of fighting without training or doing anything

not revealing gender of character just to rile up fans

all cookie cutter personalities (all -deres, yanderes especially)

AND OH GOD NEVER KILLING OFF A CHARACTER UNTIL THE LAST EPISODE EVEN THOUGH THEY'VE BEEN BEATEN TO A PULP AND THEY GET LIKE "OH THIS ISN'T MY FINAL FORM GUYS JOKE ON YOU HAHA" (kill la kill with nui. loved kill la kill until nui came along and wouldn't die)

As much as I don't like Nui (she's creepy as hell), to be fair she did play some important roles. Killing her off before she could complete the ultimate weapon for the primary antagonist would probably detract from the story a lot.

... I bought her icon before I watched Kill la Kill.

Before I watched it, I thought Nui was cute. I watched it then I was like "wow i really hate nui". She's so cute but soooo annoying.

Never really heard of Nui until I saw her in Kill la Kill (someone used to "cosplay" as Nui in Nation but I didn't pay too much heed and just thought "cute and weird"). My first impression of Nui after seeing her on the show is "wow, she's a major asshole".

I'm sick of the usual "HOLY SHIT HOW DID THIS EVEN HAPPEN, THEY WILL NEVER GET OUT OF IT WITHOUT BEING FOUND OR NOTICED" then proceed to be saved by flashbacks that explain EVERYTHING along with a twist or people suddenly becoming unaware of everything around them for sake of story. Tho I will admit it's interesting to see what bullshit way they will come up with to save them.
