Hm, I thought it was June 27th(Or something like that) that you could get it if you reserved.

It's as Osay says.

It'll download whenever it feels like it. There's plenty of time. xd

It's july 29 for the release and as far as I know no one can download it until then, with the exception of the win10 preview that you can grab right now if you sign up for it.

My understanding is that it downloads it in the background automatically, at a time of its own choosing. The 29th is when you can click a shiny button to have the system perform an install/upgrade using whatever it downloaded prior.

I thought the downloads started on the 29th, and the time at which you reserved probably has something to do with when yours will go through.
Otherwise people would be having fun with the files already I'm sure.

I've already seen people on PSO-World confirming/denying that PSO2 works with Win10, so I was just wondering.

You could get the test version of Win 10 and test your system yourself. xd The game itself I would imagine would run fine, but I hear it uses GameGuard, which is a beautiful combination of low level system hooks, drivers and Korean-quality coding. >_>
Not sure when I'll install it on my system as a main OS. Part of me wants to do it ASAP, since I've been stuck on Windows 7 ever since I rolled back from 8 due to Mabi being crappy. Another part of me wants to make sure the drivers are stable first.

It does use Gameguard. From what I heard, once you get into the actual game, Gameguard forces the game to crash after a few minutes, with Win10.
That said, Gameguard isn't the worst anti-cheat I've ever encountered.

The more I find out about Windows 10 the less I want it. There's the privacy issues where their servers are collecting everything from your emails to your browser history, the fact that by default they have your PC set up to act as a file sharing service distributing parts of windows updates to other people so they can update faster, using up your bandwidth and data without your knowledge or permission, the fact that you can't disable automatic updates so whenever an update is available it will download it whether you like it or not and the only way to avoid it is to never connect to the internet again, you can no longer buy Office, you have to rent it and keep paying for it over and over, and then other smaller issues like having to pay $10 a year if you want to play Solitaire without video ads.

Woops, that sounds bad! Sources?
If it really turns bad I can just reinstall my Windows 8 copy and then look for alternaitve OSes though so I'm not deterred from upgrading.
