I'm generally a patient person, but even then, I'm human, and I have my limits to said patience. When something tests that limit multiple times, I pretty much get irritated and finally, I'm throwing the towel; I'm done waiting and I'd rather spend my life enjoying my time instead of waiting and waiting.
I need a new game. I'm throwing away everything else. This means that if I find a game I'm happy with thanks to a player who suggested it, the person might receive a boatload of in-game items/cash as compensation. *HINT HINT*
1) I can speak/understand both Korean and Japanese, so don't feel that I'm limited to just games hosted in the US. I can even play games on the KR servers; it's just that I'm generally negative about the Korean/Japanese population for being elitists and jerks to everyone that's not in their clique.
2) Games that have an extreme advantage towards cashers is a definite NO-NO. I say this even as a casher myself.
3) Anime-styled games are preferred, but NOT a must. Cosmetic elements in a game is, on the other hand, quite important to me.
4) PvP-heavy games are also a Turn-off. It usually results in more frustration than anything else.
5) Games that actually require strategy/skill is HIGHLY welcome. I would also prefer a game that has required "solo" components as well (i.e. some required features of the game requires the player to "solo")
6) I don't have a particular genre of games I'm advocating, but I'm usually geared towards RPG since that usually has all of the above conditions
7) Personally, too much grinding is a turn-off as well. While I don't mind a bit of grinding here and there, Pre Big Bang Maplestory leveling was a bit too much.
8) I don't buy games/consoles. PC-games only, please.
Again, I'm throwing everything away if I find a game that I like. I'll be looking at video reviews of all the games suggested, giving them a try for a couple of hours, and then deciding if it's right for me or not.
P.S. Don't be afraid to suggest games that I may have already played. I often go back to old titles for nostalgia and who knows? An old game may have turned out much better than I could have ever expected.
Note: For Mabinogi, I know server differences can limit me giving you items/money. I'll have a way around this so don't feel that you're losing out just because you're not on Tarlach.

That might seem a bit obvious, but Vindictus? It certainly is skill based and has good amount of fashion, even without spending (too much) real money. I have no idea how NA version is faring but EU has given me a really great MMO experience. Similar titles would be: C9, RaiderZ, upcoming Black Desert and Dragon's Dogma Online. But among already released ones, Vindictus is easily the most polished one, with an already established renown.
I was a huge fan of Rusty Hearts, but it got shut down. Now I use it to remind myself that there are worse publishers than Nexon NA.

Vindictus is a big no no if you want a game that doesnt require pay2win as its probably worse than mabinogi for NA.
Just because it fits alot of your criteria for games you want to play, I would suggest FFXIV but I'm not sure what type of combat system you would like so it might not be something you would enjoy.

Looked through everything and it seems that Black Desert's the only thing looking remotely interesting.

FFXIV Heavensward has been suggested by someone else, but it seems that it has flaws of its own at least for me after watching the video review. I appreciate the suggestion though!

Black Desert looks like a really fun combat system imo, and I intend to play it as soon as I can. I heard it has like no end game though.

Tree of Savior.
Lots of people who enjoy mabi are currently on that hype. Timing is kinda bad though, since there's only so much time left for CBT2 and then you'll have to wait for OBT.
I've been hearing stuff about ELOA, but might just be because it's new and shiny and anime-looking.
Or, just take a break and download Fallout 4 or something until whatever is making you frustrated about mabinogi subsides.

Wildstar went F2P a while ago and it's notorious for a ludicrously high skill ceiling. The artstyle's kind of goofy and over the top, but it stands out from other MMOs out there. Combat's smooth and very actiony since you'll have to aim just about everything; although you can only bring certain abilities from your class set to a fight, meaning it can get a bit repetitive using the same skills over and over again. You can swap in and out of skillsets at any time outside of combat, and all classes were built to fill at least two roles. I enjoyed the leveling process and it's said that if you can reach max level and hit end-game in about 12 hours if you're efficient. Quests and dungeons will give out the most EXP so there isn't much merit to grinding down monsters and you'll often over-level before you complete a zone.
End-game is massive due to their emphasis on raids, and is more PVE-focused although there's still a large PVP component to the game as well due to the faction system(You can just play on a PVE server to avoid open-world PVP). Story is mostly single-player, but there are also single-player dungeons called expeditions that you can do with a small group as well.
Cosmetics such as premium mounts and special dyes are available in their cash shop, but beyond that and a few boosters to EXP/Gold/Other Currencies you don't need to spend money to be able to do everything in this game(Including the end-tier raids). Character Creation has a lot of sliders and options for your characters to stand out; 8 races to choose from being a plus. Customization includes a Holo-Wardrobe to make your equipment look like other equipment as well as being able to dye them. Housing is quite stellar since decorations can be placed just about anywhere and scaled to just about any size, housing structures can be built to cater to your needs(gathering, raiding, relaxing, flair), and you can customize the overall setting and feel of your plot of land by altering the environment around it.
Starting out you'll be restricted to a few social functions(Making your own guild, making your own private chatroom, etc.) but it's nothing too major and you can buy those functions with in-game gold once you've massed up enough. You even earn premium currency while playing the game. Don't have much to lose, I'd say give it a shot.
Cons I guess would include it's horrendous optimization even to this day, and having a high ping will definitely deter you from this game since you'll have to aim all your abilities, including heals while dodging enemy attacks. The holy trinity is set in stone here(DPS, Healer, Tank), and hybridizing beyond doing questing content is un-viable even though all classes can be built as two roles out of the three.

Tried Wakfu and wasn't really intrigued. My friend invited me but we both kinda got bored with it. Thanks though

Tree of Savior's completely out of my league since it's Maplestory in 3D minus PQs. Reviews emphasize hours of grinding which I have no time or will to do.
ELOA is definitely on my list, but Webzen is giving me a really hard time making an account with my main email. UGH
At this point, Mabinogi and a couple of other games I've been playing have frustrated me to no end. I see Mabinogi already losing its inertia back when I first discovered it, and even the new content in KR isn't exciting anymore. In fact, if I REALLY wanted to keep playing Mabinogi (which I don't), I feel that I'll do better with a fresh account than a new one since it's gotten so boring.

I'll be honest; that looks really interesting. The only problem I see is that I'm usually the person who favors DPS classes, but hates parties. I also don't have the greatest internet which is kinda deterring, but as you said, I'll at least give it a shot.
Thanks for the suggestion!

You really don't know the game until endgame, even if you watch videos. It will be boring (probably, but if you have
friends or enjoy storylines then you'll love it) leveling until 60 but after that you can join endgame raids with 8, 24 people with bosses that are pretty... fun. Truly the game is a bit repetitive in terms of farming gear, but I find the boss fights to be pretty unique and interesting overall. Its a game that depends a lot on the overall party skill rather than the individual.
There's also tons of other things to do (SPECIALLY crafting) and achievements, etc. Crafting is the main source for money (and fashion, unique fashion for high level crafters!) so its highly used here.
- Ragnarok Online
RO is just... my first and favorite game forever. I keep coming back to it because nostalgia and because I love the playerbase, collecting cute hats (HAAATS HATS HATS) and I just love sitting around chatting while looking cute as fuck. There's also tons of maps to explore, tons of classes and quests/things to do. If you never played it, it might be strange/difficult to get into but if you're an old RO player then you might know my feelings about it.
Also, AMAZING soundtrack.

Since you said JP games are fine also, I loved PSO2. I played for a while with a friend and honestly I love the combat specially and all the dressups/cosplays.

- Aura Kingdom
Typical aeria game, if you played EE then you know how it works. I do find AK better though, and there's a bunch of cute costumes and stuff to customize your char. Also summons to collect that aid you in battle, buffs, etc; Its a nice game but really the problem is its by aeria... they will overpower the shit out of cash players but its still very possible to obtain the best gear through in-game grinding due to the "loyalty system" (you receive loyalty points through defeating bosses). Honestly everything is achievable though grind, just will take longer (however bosses drop are extremely valuable here, you might really drop something that makes you extremely rich in one run).
There's probably a lot more that I played, but since you seemed to like similar games as I do those are the ones off the top of my head.
----------------
I would recommend Tree of Savior as well, but its in beta and you can't really get a key at the moment.
TERA is another game that you could give it a try (it has amazing combat) but imo it gets repetitive towards lategame. Offline I enjoyed playing Recettear quite a bit and random RPG's here and there. I'm also waiting for this game in particular.
I personally enjoyed Mabinogi because of the friends I made.. and the aspect of endgame giving me a lot of things to do with them. Which is why I love RO community, FFXIV is nice also.
p.s. i don't want any compensation whatsoever.
@edit

Oh right, before I forget there's also Granado Espada. You can control up to 3 chars at once in battle so that's quite an unique thing in the game. You "collect" chars through story/defeating other NPCs that can join your party as well. Honestly I don't even know how the game is doing lately, but you can look up any gameplays if you're interested.
The game is set in something like renaissance europe? if you enjoy that sort of thing as I do.

100% agree with FF14. Find a good Free Company (guild) and that game will last you a long time. It's playable without a FC with duty finder, but a FC makes things easier since it's a team focused game. There's a ton of content and really great game balance. What part of the game did the review say was bad?
You can ask anything about FF14 here and lots of people can help you decide.
