Does One Punch Man beat Falcon Punch any day? :llama_flower:
I really need to stop being busy and watch this.

I think Captain Falcon might be ranked as a Class A hero due to popularity alone. :V
Can he hold a candle to the main protagonist in OPM...?
A relevant comparison.
Luffy = One Punch Man's main char
Other guy = Captain Falcon
...but if captain falcon tries to deliver the first blow, he'll be in big trouble. Shoot, even if he DOESN'T, Cpt Falcon will be in trouble. >_>
I can't think of anything in Captain Falcon's arsenal that can actually hurt Saitama. He'd be better off challenging him to something that doesn't involve physical activity. :P

Anyone who doesn't read the manga but has seen episode 12 can now see that captain falcon is nothing in comparison.

Well, if you've seen Resurrection of 'F', you know how that could go too.
Someone would need to do real calculations to compare goku and saitama. But in episode 12 we see saitama kick off from the moon to land back on the earth a couple seconds later.
The moon is 363,104 KM away from the earth.
Let's say it took him 5 seconds to jump from the moon to the earth (seemed like less than that though, since the guy who sent him to the moon wasn't even finished talking).
He traveled 72,620 KM/s.
The speed of light is 299,792 KM/s.
So he traveled almost 1/4 the speed of light. His kick-off from the moon pretty much destroyed the surface of the moon as well..
My estimate of 5 seconds is probably too high though, so that's probably even faster.
Goku on the other hand can't even survive in space. Like we see in the resurrection of F movie, they make some kind of force field bubble to live in space when earth is destroyed. He can technically travel faster with instant transmission but that isn't physically traveling from point A to B so can't really be counted.
There's also the finishing punch at the end of ep 12 of OPM. A normal, no-energy-beam punch from Saitama split the clouds in earth's atmosphere. For someone like goku to do the same thing would typically need an energy beam style attack and not just the air pushed by a punch.
Then we find out that saitama wasn't going all out in episode 12 so despite those amazing feats there's still more hidden power.
I think that the whole point of OPM is to ridicule those "who would win" debates fandom is so fond of. Saitama is unconditionally the strongest and manga tries to depict what does it mean to him and the rest of the universe.

I need to start doing 100 pushups, situps, and squats, plus a 10k run every single day.

I will do that too, let's compare result a year from now, remember to be careful so we don't blow up earth when sneezing.

Don't forget, no AC nor heater. Even if you start coughing up blood, you can't quit!

I think Saitama feels the same way most pro players in Mabi do now.

seeing as saitama also has issues with having no money, I'd agree :point:
