  I doubt it would bring more compared to magic in terms of damage. Plus like you said, it takes a lot of $$$ to even deal a lot of damage. Archery also needs heavy buff in game compared to the other skillsets.

  which, if that happens, will have to be done by the NA people, cus in KR, archery is currently quite good even without all those reforges, due to them having much better server connections than we do here.
  thats the main reason archery hasnt gotten any real buffs in forever, and the reason why it needs so much work here. with how much our servers lag and the fact that very very few people can get actually good connections to the servers, archery gets severely weakened because of the fact you have the accuracy thing,

  He means, in KR (which the parent company is centered) archery is still basically top dps with magnum shot (at least with elves) due to the better server connections allowing for cleaner shots and more spammable magnums. If kr were to heavily buff range it would be akin to something like the unnerfed fh that we did not get (which btw was even more broken than current fh if you can believe it) or at least in kr it would. Sure it might make NA more happy with range, but in KR it would make a horribly unbalanced skillset undisputed top dog and cause more issues for them than it fixes for us. Lets be real though, KR couldnt give a shit wat the NA community feels in terms of content and opinions on the game so them taking NA more into consideration than KR is extremely unlikely.

  It doesn't change the fact that NA could do the same damage/be the same as KR though.. and I doubt NA would fix the connection to make everyone able to spam magnum etc.

  Agreed. What I tried to say is; Regardless if KR has a better DPS (because of connection speed) archery still needs a lot of buff (by buff i didnt mean buff the archery skillset) but sick overture, $$$ gear, combo card, cater etc etc.

  Technically yes NA has the same potential as KR somewhat, but unless NA decides to dump alot of money on brand new servers its realistically not happening. The only solution to fix NA otherwise is to buff the actual skillset, however NA doesnt have the authority to mess with things like that and will never get that authority unless KR decides to buff KR archery as well which probably wont happen due to archery's standing on KR.

  yeah.. thing is, we're talking about NA here.. when it comes to speed and dps for archers. Isn't spending a lot of money on other skills/gears like blaze gears, for example, a lot more better than on magnum itself? because of the explosion for blaze compared to magnum that only focuses on one mob at a time.
  
  But then again, we're talking about damages here and I only know of someone from who does 140k magnum shot (fully geared etc, not sure about the % of his/her combo card). (Not sure about the person that dealt 300k magnum, may be false)
  
  I'd rather go for Blaze and/or other skills than archer knowing the likeability of missing when using archer.

  Well honestly archery has crash shot for aoe, magnum is meant to be only 1v1 dps. Crash shot requires reforges to be any good as well, however its not bad its just not amazing. And to be honest, blaze is really situational now and mostly useful for something like MA solo at this point. If anything for cost effectiveness you should invest in close combat i.e. bash and final hit due to the small amount of money needed in comparison to other skillsets while getting tons of return out of it. I did around 130k or so magnum back before I quit and ultimately dropped archery, and my gear could have been alot better since I wasnt using bohemian set and if you have a double or triple high elemental reforge I could see 300k happening.

  Blaze is definitely not situational. You can use it on most missions, there is a reason why we have blaze radius reforge. (It just depends if you do high damage or not)
  
  I usually do n+blaze in elite missions and it kills them all in 1 hit, without any "ice spear", "full knock back gauge" or "blaze fully loaded".

  Thats fine and all, but other things make it lackluster. Dont get me wrong that doesnt mean its really bad, it just means that it really only shines in MA due to its ability to one shot every round. In SM's you can simply FH/WotG/Shooting rush and get the same if not better results than blaze.   Of course, but we also have to know that lets say FH, it has a cooldown, regardless of what reforge we use, the cooldown will be longer than blaze's. Sure FH is OP (Which I agree with) but in Missions, I doubt someone will be able to spam FH non stop in every room for example GoP Elite. Shooting rush will do the trick in these missions too since it has a low cooldown, but it also needs a high buff (Overture) etc.
  
  Some people don't think blaze is practical in shadow missions like the ones I mentioned above because they think blaze only works if someone uses crisis for you or you use IS (which obviously by then, someone else would have cleared the room)

  Well if you have fh cd reforge and duration reforge along with another hat that has wotg duration reforge you can basically keep one or the other up 100% of the time. Also overture should be up 100% of the time ever since song was released since its just that easy so shooting rush shouldnt really be an issue.

  Isn't it easier to just get a blaze glove and wand to 1 hit everything then? instead of stressing with all the buffs and reforges? (considering overture doesnt affect blaze)
  
  I am not saying that because I can't use fh (elf here) but if I could FH, I would still go with the other option. To each their own I guess.

  FH CD reforge not that hard to find in shops on Alexina kinda cheap lately cause of gachas spitting out r1 gear. WotG duration reforge might take a bit but not that bad to get. Fh Duration pretty common at this point could probably find it pretty easily. Getting a half decent song overture is extremely easy and can be done in half a day honestly.
  
  In the end, a player looking to clear content easily in all aspects of the game will probably work on at least a half baked fh set and might work on a gunner set because of how useful it is. Fh is honestly 100% more useful than blaze is considering its versatility, damage, speed, and ease of access so most people would want to at least work on a decent set for fh.
  
  In the end it doesnt matter I guess, content can be cleared with almost every skill or skillset. It just depends on how much faster or more efficient you want to clear it that determines what you would want to use at this point.
