Then good thing I never said anything about using firebolt on the boss. Since firebolt on any boss, even the ones we have now is pretty inefficient it didn't really need to be said.
On topic, the dungeon disallows remote revival (adv feather, etc) as well as nao/balloons, etc. Play dead, crisis escape and pet summon effect are also ineffective so all the more reason to cautiously tackle the content with any remaining cheese tactics even if the mention of them seem to get other posters here riled up.
Other cheese tactics?
Raincast? oh wait all the Mobs are immune to it
Lullaby? All the mobs are immune to it
Elemental Weapons? All mobs are immune to them
Well we'll see how a group of lowbies handle it, will show nicely how the Mobs aggro range is and how fast they wipe us :D

Those things are already known not to work must surely be the cheese tactics that we should use! Stop being confrontational for no reason other than joining on your Skype group hype train, it does nothing.

This content is another case where I can see bunch of rangers thriving in. I could see multiple people Magnuming and Crash Shotting to clear working pretty well.
Sadly NA isn't very fond of range.

Also seems on top of the mentioned restrictions, add 4 people only to that list. This is going to be a tough one.

Gonna love when it turns out the mobs have instant aggro that has whole room range....
Also about the Sword
Sun and Moon's Sword
Rank 1
Sun Stone x100
Fullmoon Stone x100
Ominous Predestinate Essence x50
Sword of Dawn x1
Sword of Dusk x1
Finishing Material:
5x Ladeca Blue Upgrade Stone
5x Eweca Red Upgrade Stone
Guess who won't bother making THAT one

I'm feeling campfire crashshot/mag spam from a corner since campfires still add 50% range damage. With Bhafel, camp bonus, and pierce robe you should be able to deal some nice damage.
Or abuse AR glitch if it still exists by the time this gets released.

Out of Curiosity: Can we be revived by the Phoenix Pet inside this dungeon?

Good Question, don't know that. Only thing i'll be able to test is if i can be revived by my Commerce Partner when we get to that dungeon for the Livestream....
But i'm assuming it'll work..... as long as the pet survives long enough to do it.

I loved Archery and Crossbows since G9. I just like Gunners dynamic a lot more lol

Um are elves better than humans in melee with that sun/ moon sword?

No, but at capped strength (1500) an elf would only have 8 less damage than a human. Other than that, the elf would not have Thames set (but bash is better anyway) and some skills like counter attack or windmill have lower multiplier.

Endgame elf-human gap is even tighter now (for once it's getting tighter. . .) but that's not exactly what people wanted. Its the early and early-mid game that matters, as well as pay off for equal effort.

well it IS nice to see something good that elves can actually use and benefit from in terms of melee, but looking at the mats required to make the thing....yeoh, that weapon is going to be EXPENSIVE to make and even more so if you manage to find somebody selling the thing. well it'll probably be worth its cost if you can get your hands on the thing and get decent enchants on it without damaging its dura, dun wanna know how dangerous the sword would be at step 7 (assuming it can be sp upgraded) since even on its own the thing basically makes all other melee weapons obsolete (of course only end game players and maybe those few mid game players that have a mountain of gold will be able to get the thing)

This was added way back in late G15 for Korea. Also this means KR will always have higher possible stats than NA, thought for a while that wasn't true as NA had Ninja and KR did not.
