Easier way to rank up Alchemy Mastery?

  How often do you see Blinkers? For many people, they only see like a few during their G11 missions, and never again. That would kind of count as in that "rare chances that makes it useful". How often do you see Blinkers? Maybe you run a lot of dungeons loaded with Blinkers somewhere that I don't know.

  And the success is boosted further by Wind Alchemy Mastery later in G13. There's also a new Wind Cylinder which further increases the freezing time and angle of freezing through upgrades. :)
  
  Freezing monsters with Heavy Stander, like those Shadow Ghosts, allow you to Smashmill without interruption.

  
  
  I thought it is affected by the relative CP between you and the monster as well? If that is true, then most likely that people don't have close to 100% to freeze a Shadow Ghost. You can kind of repeat Smash the Shadow Ghosts with just one pet. However, if you are dealing with a Shadow Ghost in some of the missions, chances are that there is one more SM monster attacking you since it is a 2:1 aggro.
  
  Can it be use on bosses? If it is a really useful, I would think that some people would be spamming it on bosses or something.
  
  G13 is kind of far away, lol. For all you know, Smash->Down attack can kill most monsters or something. Would you go freeze something when you can kill with Smash->Down attack? There is little point in talking about stuff that have yet to come.

  If you didn't know already, AM and Water/Wind Cylinders already increases the timer. I am assuming you speak from experience of having r1 Frost Blast. How many times do you use it in a dungeon?
  
  One must wonder what on earth are you fighting if something is still alive after 15 seconds of freezing.

  ya but the point endless is trying to make is that most mobs in mabinogi dies so quickly that it isn't worth using frozen blasts. And if it is something like bosses, then the CP difference is too high for a likely chance of freezing.

  The frozen red Ghost will lose their Mana Deflector, making us being able to damage the ghost with the magic, and etc.

  Frozen Blast is an decent skill. You can freeze some bosses (like Tethra) and it drops the defense/proection of frozen enemies (extremely useful with ranged combat).
  
  The reason no one ranks it is because the success rate is dependent on the rank of the skill and your CP compared to that of your opponent, the splash range is pathetic, the skill cannot be cancelled if you fail to freeze the opponent while causing agro and most importantly it gives pathetic stats while costing plenty of AP.
  
  Yep. That's the main reason Alchemy sucks, IMO. Improved stamina does not justify the massive AP cost (I'm looking at you, rain casting).
