The overabundance of normal missions. The game isn't hard (yet), and if you're in a party you have like 20 possible revives, there's no reason not to do hard mode for the extra boss drop if you don't need to see the health bar to finish the boss a certain way.
People who host with no oath of honor. See it sooo often. It's free EXP, there's no reason not to run with one.
Complete unwillingness to do simple bonus missions. Yeah I don't expect you to wait around while I hit 10 monsters with pots, but if it's something mind-numbingly simple and completely hassle-free like spear-killing or kick-killing a boss/miniboss, there's no reason NOT to. One of the Ainle missions you have to spear the miniboss for 3200 gold. I mean why wouldn't you do this? That's more than an Ice Crystal on West costs, and you can do an entire mission destroying icicles and not get a single one. I shouldn't have to ask everyone or create a game with it in the title for these kind of bonus missions.
Being kicked before loading the boat. Make your game private.
People that encourage players to create stupid market prices by actually buying them for those prices. Selling items on the marketplace for less than you would make just selling it to a store, selling items on the marketplace for more money than it costs to just buy from a storekeeper (coughstrawberrybrandycough), selling crafted mats for 2-3x the amount of the individual mats, selling somewhat farmable items for 300 gold and other equally farmable items for 20k, etc.
When the crafting price for an item is so high that it's better to just buy the item from the marketplace.
Int being near useless for Lann/Fiona and then having practically every item and title with Int on them.
The last tier of grinding titles. 1000 stomps or whatever? Really? For +1 (stat)? How about you create some actual content.
Random loot. Spending my bombs to have none of the ore be mine is real fun. So is literally every other person getting the bonus item while I get a Cloth.
Forum pet peeves:
People who post in obnoxious and bright colors. *slaps Jerain*

Quite the rant for your first post on the forums. Though I have to agree with what you've stated.

Any Evy who uses Revive instead of Phoenix Feather. It's unnecessary and dangerous for the whole party. If you use Revive, you lose over 100 stamina, you take longer to cast it, and you'll leave the newly revived person at less than what a feather will give. I understand if you're doing it before a boss, but during a boss fight, it's unnecessary. It also now puts 2 party members in danger since the Evy, now going through a tired animation, won't be able to do anything for a second, and the newly revived party member is now at a low HP level and requires 2 or 3 extra potions in order to return to a relatively safe level.
Revive is a last resort dammit ~_~

:T_T: I'm sorry! Though- if it's one where you're going to be dying a lot, it is actually better to use the revive first cause of the cooldown. As long as the boss isn't near you. XD
Pet Peeve: The stupid arse random channel change! D< I like my channel darn it!

The channel obviously doesn't like you. Though I do hate it when they move me from an empty channel to one where its full and it lags me, meh. What is the point of that?

As much as I want to totally agree with you, sometimes I use all my spears to kill the vampires lol. Or if in that mission there weren't any vampires, I probably brought mining bombs. Or that mission was on hard.
Also revive... maybe they want the title? lol idk
Other than that, the only thing that bothers me is when people sell things for under the npc value... what's the point of that?

People who are too afraid to voice their opinions then get frustrated deep inside over it.
If you want a break, say it. You want to kill a boss a specific way or hunt ergs, say it... don't try to do it all on your own then get mad when you feel that your teammates are "uncooperative". Like we're suppose to know you wanted to get 5 rare ergs when we're fighting kobolds and you're just breaking many items hoping we'll "pick up" on your gesture.
On the flip side, people who condescendingly tell you what they want. If you want to kill a boss or do an objective in a certain way, be nice about it like, "Hey, can we bomb these spiders for an achievement?" not "hey idiot! stop it, I'm trying to kill these" or "YOU LAZY ASSS I TOLD WANT YOU TO SPEAR IT STOP MISSING".
Really now, be communicative.

Most people don't even say, "Hello," when they get on your boat. You might be asking for too much.

Then I don't want people to get upset when people seemingly get in the way of their objective when they don't even say anything at all.
Even if you don't say hello, at least speak out what you want to do or the objective you want to achieve, or else you're getting mad for a wrong reason.

Thats another pet peeve, the lack of communication. when i talk to people, on general channel sometimes, people tell me to shut up. If it doesnt pertain to them its as simple as switching tabs. i dont thrive in such an unsocial game.

I always give a customary 'sup' when starting a boat. Maybe you are on the wrong channel, we usually talk a lot of nonsense in ours. haha
