Exactly, if Throwing Attack is just a nuke with 900% damage but 25 seconds cooldown, then Elf Magnum is the manifestation of sheer destruction. 2600 Bow Range with over 800+ damage non crit every .3 seconds which can splash the range of a Claymore which stuns enemies for 2.5 seconds. Which is more overpowered? As said earlier, Elf melee has much higher DPM than Throwing Attack.
1. Unfortunately, we have no control over in-game content. There are so many things that we (the great minds of the Nation) could fix.
1a. As an example, Spirit Weapon Awakening is a pretty terrible skill. It has a massive cooldown, lowish damage (considering the cooldown) and the sword/blunt versions are just awful. Nexon should update the skill so that the damage output is equal to (charge count x skill damage). Ie: You can use Spirit Awakening once the skill has at least 100 charge. At higher ranks, a greater charge would result in greater damage. (ie: Spirit Bow Awakening at r1, 100 charge = 800-1000 damage; 300 charge = 2400-3000 damage.
2. A more accurate statement would be 1500+ non-crit damage every 0.3 seconds. Plus Crash Shot can deal 100%+900% damage at r1. Throwing attack needs a buff...but we'll likely not see it.

A lot of skills in this game need rebalancing. Wind Guard, for example.
It's great and all for tanking, but it's just so limited. If Giants were allowed to at least walk while in Wind Guard, it'd be tons better.

They should just give Giants Rocket Launchers, then they won't be outclassed by those ranging little people (Elves and Humans
Anyway, on topic. Is throwing attack classed as a melee move? Throwing Attack + Support Shot = WinWinWin

They should just give Giants a catching move.
Like evasion. Time it right, catch the opponent's arrow. Maybe throw it back :D

Concrete Throw.
Wind Guard should seriously give mobility, walking the least. It should give us Advanced Heavy Stander with High protection so we can just brush off those measly arrow attacks and wipe enemies out and smash forklifts towards them. Not even a molotov can take us.

Fixed. Imagine that against a dragon whenever it uses fireball

I actually use wind guard really affectively. For when I solo missions like Fomor Attack. Since I can't use Final Hit I resort to exchanging smashes with a pet till I pin the boss to a wall. I throw up mana shield and use windguard in his face then throw a beat down with a rusted sword, keeping him pinned to the walls at all times.
I do the same against the Fomor Commander at the end of Provocation but apply poison to my DSKS instead. (my wind guard is r5 for reference)

It'd be so much better if one could Smash while in Wind Guard as well.

Throwing would become alot more useful if they would just get rid of the preperation time or at least reduce it to like 0.5 seconds
Seriously how much time must you waste on posing only to throw one stick with metal on end?

It would also be helpful if the protection bonus you get from Wind Guard actually reduced your enemies' critical rate.
My giant's DEF and HP is too low to take more then 3 to 5 critical hits even when i'm Wind Gaurding. :T_T:
ps AHHh I'm so used to the KR name "Wind Breaker" that I keep typing it Wind Breaker and end up backspacing it and typing it again!!!
Darn habits

Spark is a much better name.
Watch crash shot get translated as clatter arrow or something equally stupid...
