Firefighters watch man's house burn because he didn't pay fee

  that is the ideal, but when the founding father founded this country, they didn't want Muslim, Jews, Atheists, or any other religion that aren't christian in America. They made that right so that they can keep practicing their religion.

  No, the firefighters didn't "sit and watch the fire", that is just the journalists trying to get more money. But they didn't come to help because the guy didn't pay his fee.

  This is really cliche thought comparing America to Roman Empire, but this rly sound similar to that guy who built a private fire department and went to people's houses, but put the fire out only if the house owner sold his land for dirt cheap price (since it was burning) and the longer they hesitated, the more the price went down.

  The fee is there since as the article states, that that particular county does not have a fire department, so they rely on cities with fire departments to put out fires in cities that don't have fire departments. Since the cities without fire depts aren't paying taxes to support the fire departments they rely on, they contract out to cities with fire departments. The cities require a 75 dollar fee a year as a service charge, or else those cities would be getting essentially a free service paid for people actually living in the cities with fire departments.
  
  Also, if someone's life was in danger, they are lawfully required to go in and put out the fire, but i wouldn't use that as an excuse. Human lives over a house any day.

  This. I would have had guessed they had privatized fire departments in that county because we're normally taxed, so the city provides us with protection, e.g. cops, firemen, and other stuff that our governments put to 'good use'.
