If they were going to implement, they should've implemented this during CB. Now, the gap between CB/ EAOB'ers and OB'ers is huge. CB'ers have like 15k+ AP, while recent OB'ers barely have 1k.

CB was wiped. And people that only have 1k are just plain bad. Just playing through the storyline all the times before minimum AP can net you at least 3000+ and that's not counting boat 3 or dailies.
Some people from EAOB have 15k... personally, I only have 7.xk on one and 4k on another.

Tokens reset after Maintenance (as I observed). Nexon does maintenance on all servers on Tuesday. You have full tokens wednesday. Thank for scheduled maintenance.

Don't think so, I haven't had mine reset since tuesday night and it's now almost friday. I know because after I patched and logged in on wednesday, I only had 28 tokens. So I automatically knew something was up with token resets.

Tokens do not reset on maintenance. I know that for a fact.

Quote from Sora;190695:
Oh, and Osayadin, quest items are automatically given upon completing the quest if the quest specifies for that particular item.
Not really, I need to get kobold weapons and ice crystal. Also been farming for the kobold potions with not much luck. got 1/1 destructive and 1/3 restoring after lots of runs.
Also some annoying side quests.

Hmm, weird, I understand the ice crystals, since those are monster drop.. But I'd figure you be given a potion once every run after last update :X

I haven't tried since the last update, during the week I only do decisive battle daily bonus since it's the only good mission left for me to farm that I currently have access to. Now I read the fionna guide to prepare for when she's released and decided to stop wasting my time though, I'll just do these quests on my evie later on and use fionna to farm gold and other stuff to give to my evie while I wait.

First, I'd like to point out that fatigue systems aren't all that bad. They may even be beneficial. Look at this video...

But, Vindictus does not have any kind of horizontal growth. You only have AP and levels. After doing your runs, you're left with nothing to do. If there were fun things to do without using tokens, this whole problem would be fixed.

But unlike FF14, the entire point is destroyed by the ability to BUY your way through the system.
Also, unlike FF14, your gaming isn't limited. Your exp is. Also, theres 16 hours a week PLUS more if you slow down a bit, AND there are different classes you can train even if you maxed out.
In Vindictus, you run out in like 2 hours, and then you gotta sit around in PERILOUS RUINS.

In my opinion, you like the game or you don't, or different aspects about it at least. Most of us here, are just Mabinogi players eager to try 'Mabinogi' in a different world and setting, aka Vindictus.
Man, i just made a nice big wall of text because I just didn't feel like talking about it, so I'll say something simple. I like the token system, since, I won't have time to play all day, so, I won't be behind so far with my friends and etc. In addition, since I completely adore and love making my characters evolve in my own way, as in, adding my own thoughts to their story, I'm glad I will have to spend longer to develop my character. Some people might call it, 'thinking outside the box'. Anyway, you like the system or you don't, and you DON'T have to spend money, if your friend is a bit ahead, oh well? So what?
Edit: In addition, I'm the type of person if I were to spend NX, I would choose the Halloween Package cause of the Horns over Plat Tokens~

Looks like nexon wants to listen to you, in their HQ that is.

Bah - I hope they don't change the token system TOO much. It'd be fine if they added a small boost from Monday-Friday for the tokens, but I enjoy not having to spam dungeons just to keep up with certain friends (Aish, this means you!). I also like the fact that this isn't a hardcore game and you have to plan your trips for maximum AP. You can always spam dungeons and quit at the boss for items, or you can assist people instead.
I can say too, that I won't be spending any money on platinum coins. :D Fashion, heck yes. Platinum coins/ways to get further ahead, no.

I don't know.. this token change drastically decreased the amount of activity on vind. Also, I've only seen one person so far spend money on platinum tokens.
/rant
So really, what do we have here, a game where majority of the people log on for 3 runs and then log right off... with the exception of the 2% of people farming ores. When that market gets saturated, I don't think you'll be seeing as much activity from them either.
So for all of you defending that it's now a -casual- game, how exactly is this beneficial for this game? Free mmorpgs thrive by fostering hardcore players that will spend money on the game. People still don't want to buy platinum tokens, even with this limit on token resets. Now... make the token instead something more like a 2x exp (or AP lol?) pot for let's say 30 minutes, and I'm sure people are bound to buy them right up.
So really, limiting token resets to 2 days a week is in the wrong direction. /endrant
Anyways, they really need more content. Something other to do than fishing. That'll take most of the QQing away. (although I guess pvp will make it into dfo in 3d... --i ran out of fp! time to play in the arena!)
Also, lol... nexon listening in LA. They did that with maple story and nothing different happened.

Don't the plat tokens give like 50% exp bonus for the mission? O_O
I too like the token system.. as I'm more of a casual player too..
But I think they do need to reset them more often because there is now barely any people online.. so hard for me to find a boat I want on boat 2&3.. and my internet is not good for hosting my own room either..
This game has much potential. But still a long way from meeting that potential..
Hopefully next Wednesday when evie comes out it'll be more lively..
