What's your view?
Not sure why but I don't like obese people much and if I ever became obese I'm pretty sure I would starve myself+exercise like crazy... I don't even know why :T_T:

Don't judge a book by their cover.
Yeah sometimes, it is their own fault. However, there are also factors that you can't control. What if you can't afford real food. Without bringing up numbers, the things that are mostly in special are not very healthy. Obesity also involves genetics. Though I do agree with dieting and exercising, some people don't have the means, time or energy to do that though.

America is a rich third world country. We have cheap foods, because the poor has to eat, and choosing between starvation and eating fatty foods, obviously going to be fatty foods. That and our love for fast foods. Genetics also.

I'm fat, so you don't like me then? :(
I don't really have an opinion either way about it.

Sometimes, they don't really have the time to exercise or the money to buy more wholesome foods. You should also take a look into Native American obesity as well.
The lazy factor still plays a large part. No one likes the pain and fatigue that comes with exercising, nor cutting back on tasty foods.

Doesn't exercise give you a high feeling?

It takes a while. And then, you have to keep excercising to keep that high.

Obesity doesn't just happen overnight.
You're not going to go, "Oh god I suddenly became fat, time to work this all off- SPARTAAAAAA"
You're exercise regiment will decline over time and you'll naturally have to eat more in order to satisfy your growing hunger.
On a side note you can't just starve yourself and spartan exercise all of a sudden.
You're body is used to lets say, 5k calories. If you lower that to 1k calories all of a sudden you might be passing out from hunger.

If you're poor you won't be gorging yourself on fatty foods anyway, you'll be making the most of what you can buy.
Financial status is no excuse for obesity.

...what? Who can eat that much. Well other than those who are 500 lbs up.

And the cheapest food you can buy are not fresh ingredients.

Say hello to the 1 dollar menu.

5k calories a day. A more realistic number would be 3-4k calories/day. I can eat 3 In-N-Out Double Doubles with fries for dinner. That's already 2410 calories, and I'm an underweight Asian.

It is.
Sometimes the cheapest foods you buy are not always the healthiest.
Face it, to eat healthy, you have to have money. Whole grains and supplements and all that? Moolah! $$$

My friend eats a good 3.5k calories a day and she's ~100 lbs.
And obesity is caused by pure laziness I think. Even if you eat crap, if you keep up a decent amount of physical activity, you should be able to maintain a normal weight, while a person who doesn't burn off the stuff they're putting in their body will just hold on to it and eventually reach a terminal weight I'm hoping @.@
