There are new values up for Fiona, Evie, and Karok.

It'd be nice if it was translated

Looked at the Fiona chart, particularly hammer since that's the Fiona I know and love and have been wondering about what they did to her after her buff. Numbers look to be:
Honeybee Sting c0: .042
Honeybee Sting c1: .1
Honeybee Sting c2: .14
Honeybee Sting c3: .24
Grand Slam Calla #1: .08
Grand Slam Calla #2: .1
Orchid Strike: .132
Butterfly Swing 1: .2
Butterfly Swing >1: .15
Stigma c0: .26
Stigma c1: .31
Stigma c2: .38
Stigma c3: .48
HSC: .024
Normal attacks are the same as before.
So, with a 0 attack speed weapon, it seems like charging Honeybee Sting is actually good (takes about the same amount of time to fully charge a Sting as it does to do a BSwing). However, since attack speed doesn't effect charge speed (unless they changed that), Butterfly Swing reigns supreme with higher speeds, moreso than before, since in the amount of time it takes to Stigma, you can BSwing twice. Which would put you up at .35, while Stigma is still only at .26.
Honestly looks like Stigma sucks based of that, since even if you fully charge up the thing, that's only .48, which is just 3 swings of Butterfly Swing, although I guess the stamina cost of repeated BSwings sucks.
What also has me wondering is that they say that HSC hits three times, yet I've definitely noticed it hitting four times. Downward Counter doesn't have a number, but I think that's because it's so pathetically weak that they weren't able to actually find a number that stuck.
As for sword skills, it looks like a fully charged Rose Thorns is as strong as an Amaranth, however, Rose Thorns has a lower rank cap so Amaranth is still stronger.
Oh, and apparently the second hit of Shield Charge does .06 damage. Which is much better than I previously thought it was.
