Hey guys I just made a group for people trying to live healthier lives and lose weight.
Though its more or less just a journal for my own progress...
http://mabination.com/group.php?groupid=62
Please! Join and start living better too! I'd love to see what methods other people are trying.
I know there are people who need to lose weight, or just need to live a healthier lifestyle. I know many of you are putting that diet and exercise program off for "another day". Why not start today?
You know who you are...

If I lost weight I'm pretty sure I'd die but I probably should eat healthier.....

*stares at Diet Coke*
I feel no better when I drink Diet than when I drink regular.
Haha, picture distracted me..

Supposedly nonsugar sweetners are bad for you anyways.
And carbonated drinks are just a really horrible choice.
I mean, my thoughts when it comes to drinks? Don't go diet. Just enjoy the full drink and taste its flavor.
Wrecking it just to feel a little safer isn't worth it.
Definitely cutting back on my intake of coke (coke is my main choice for carbonated drinks), but when I do drink it on occasions, I will NOT be drinking diet.
Unless you like the diet taste. Then help yourself.
Crazy.

Tip: Don't count calories. It's pretty psychotic and very stressing.
But keeping a journal to look back on always feels rewarding. Good luck!

My parents would refuse to buy anything but diet for a while, so I ended up getting used to the taste. Regular is so much better, though.

Having to walk to my classes and for food which is about 10-15mins helps. Seriously for someone like me to lag about, I have to travel on foot for food and classes every day, less I want to starve. Though I don't have that manly physique that is so popular these days (I so skinny).

I'd rather be a bit on the skinny side, as long as I'm not skinny because I'm starving/not eating right.

Is Kita dieting or just starting to be 'healthier'?
I'd try to be healthier but I just eat whatever I find, which usually isn't the best soooo...

In the long run, yes. In the mid-run, I wanna be appeal to women a bit more (I'm 20 so should probably start doing that).
In the short run, I wanna cosplay and not be fat.

Drink a lot of lemon water along with your diet/exercise, heard it helps your weight out a bit.

Haha. I once thought about eating something really unhealthy, downed two large full glasses of water, and soon regretted even thinking about wanting to eat whatever it was. Full stomach of water hurts.. Needless to say I'm not going that extreme again, but water really helps keep me in check if I want to eat something I shouldn't be.

Water thing is super true. I drink it like a misplaced fish.
Good luck though, man. I personally want to be a dancer and a kickboxer, but I've been trying to meditate more often on the days where I can't get physical activity going. Always make exercise fun! Play Chariots of Fire on your mp3 player of choice if you have to.

I'd love to lose weight by dancing. Maybe some Hip Hop, since there's a lot of fast movement there, but also some salsa >D
