Few things about G13 that irritate me would be:
Intermediate Magic Nerf
Blaze Nerf (I use it to solo Offering Adv) =_=
Super melee buff xD (Something that I actually QQ about since I can't WM rooms for carp)
And I'm going to call it out... Nexon NA, cause you know what evils they can unleash with patches.

I'm poor (I.e. I can't rebirth weekly like those total lv4k people) but I have enough levels per RB to showing a good Lv/RB ratio, plus Pre-open beta player xD So yup I gotta know my stuff.
On a Side note-
Alchemy is getting overly buffed, hence why I moved to working on my Alchemy skills. I mean the new masteries/cylinders are crazy. Not to mention the wtf golem sizes. And for anyone who wants luls here is a link to a video.

I knew I was going to regret posting a douchy comment like that and I do. But from what I can see, everyone is going to need to fork out more ap to become stronger. I myself need 672 ap for Sword Mastery, Bow Mastery, Blunt Mastery and Down Attack which is pretty crazy if you ask me. So in conclusion we everyone is going to need a butt load of ap to become stronger.
Mages however get a nerf with intermediate magic which isn't that bad if you ask me, well not blaze users...Thunder won't be effected since its main use is rafters and even so the hobgoblins are pretty weak and can be owned with 300 or int and r9 TH.
Fireball is still pretty op with its WTF BOOM and is still a great skill to clear out orb rooms but ice spear, ice spear can hit multiple enemies, multiple times and can pretty much rape anything.
The new bolt mastery make bolts so much more op. There spammablility makes them amazing and with this damage increase its awesome pro.
I see g13 as 2nd tier 20-25% nerf becoming 1st tier's x% buff. Your getting 20% more power for your M-14 (bolts) by giving away 20% of your Rocket propelled grenade power but also getting a mini gun (Hailstorm).
Don't forget g14 and g15 adding 2 more 3rd tier magic. Now if you only had to sacrifice 20% power from your RPG and in return you got a mini gun and 2 mysterious guns say a rapid missile launcher (Imagine a multi fire firebolt) and a Tesla coil launcher (Imagine Thunder mines that stun locked and blew up when time run out).
And you want more? G13, 14 and 15 are apart of C4. Lol C4. I'm pretty sure the tier 3 magic skills are going to be so awesome that this nerf to blaze and tier 2 skills is going to be nothing.

My knowledge base, as well as mages I know, tell me that thunder is pretty much your staple spell. You don't use it only for rafting, really. However, the other spells do have their uses. I did Last Battle (G9 final) tonight and my guild's mage, who has every magic skill maxed/capped so far, took to starting off every wave with a fireball.
At the very least, I can see bolt composer and the general buff to bolts giving mages more choice in how they choose to use their arsenal instead of spamming thunder all day.
And to be honest, I don't see much point in whining about the int formula change when the previous formula did damn near nothing for you guys anyway.

The changes in damage for most int magic is so small that you probably won't be able to tell the difference. What is -50 dmg off IS/Thunder/Fireball?

Quite some, if you consider 5 charges and crit chance, that 50 damage becomes 625.

To Jando; don't forget, G16 is part of Chapter 4 as well.. and I think the magic get more better with this G13 update because it seems like I may be able to do more damages than I can now.
