Full Swing or Crash Shot
Full swing can hit 1040% damage in one hit, crash shot can hit 900% damage in one hit.
GM skills don't matter as they're not effectively part of
the game. At least, they're not a part of the game which we are supposed to have access to.
Full Swing deals up to 1080% damage.
Support Swing (Requires two players) can deal up to 2080% damage.
Bohemian Swing can further add to this multiplier. This is the highest damage skill in the game. It requires a bit of set-up in order to maximize its offensive potential. Otherwise, it's an effective skill but Spear of God probably outdamages it.
Crash Shot constists of two blows possibly equaling 1000% damage.
Campfire Crash Shot deals up to 1500% damage, giving it the strongest solo-multiplier in the game. Keep in mind that you'll need a painful amount of dex, a favorable elemental affinity and an ideal number of targets within range. Not to mention, Crash Shot is capable of landing two critical hits per use. It's unreliable, but effective.
Blaze deals 6000 damage on a successful knock-back (600 INT), multiplied by either 50% (Elemental Wand) or 120% (Combat Wand). Blaze will provide the greatest average damage, with little to no set up.
Spear of Nuada is capable of dealing rediculous damage, as well as
Heat Buster and
Summon Golem.
DPS-wise, Dragon Armor
Final Hit probably takes the cake for melee.
Final Magnum (campfire or not) provides the highest possible DPS in the game, allowing Elves to fire Magnum Shot every 0.3 seconds.
Hailstorm for mages.
