You also need a full charge which costs 60 MP, and a perfect timing for the knockdown bonus on ONE target. Others get regular damage unless stunned, good luck seeing that combo. Regular Blazers just n+ and deal about 1600-2000 on ONE target. Seeing that Support Shot example is very impractical and unlikely to happen in a heated dungeon fight.
Also, that 6k+ damage needs 600 Int. Marginally, Int is easy to get until you hit 400, and it requires over 2300 AP just to get a little over 540 base Int from magic skills alone. Not many people can fulfill that prerequisites which are just as hard as the ones you mention for Crash Shot to achieve 32k damage.
AND I just did some math and without the pot and magical music Crash Shot would still be hitting 18k crits, 7k non crit. OHHH wait that is TOO much we seriously need to nerf that thing.
x 10 (Crash Shot) x 2.5 (Critical) x 1.31 (Music) x 1.3 (Potion) x 1.5 (Campfire) = 32K damage
10*2.5*1.31*1.3*1.5=32
10*1.5=32/2.5/1.31/1.3=7.5
5k without camp fire support.
All I see is a lot of bias towards magic by other players when they speak about G13 magic nerf.
