This, I don't get. The only decrease at r2/1 is in the Additional 1 charge rate, which doesn't help much anyway. +2 stays the same at 20%, +3 goes from 13 to 15%, stays there at r1, and +4 goes up to 7% at r2, then 10% at r1. In addition, the activation rate only increases, providing yet a higher chance of these activating, especially with the master title.
All in all, I see no reason
not to fully rank CC.

Chain Cylinder - Yet another awesome skill. It allows a 10~30% activation rate for additional charges for basic Alchemy skills. (Flame Burst / Water Cannon / Sand Burst) It allows up to 4 additional charges. With the mastery title, it increases it to a 40% activation rate with a practically guaranteed 1~2 additional charges. r2+ is not recommended due to the decrease in additional charge rate, but it is up to you.

And the additional 4 charge goes up. And general activation rate as well.
+4 charge > +1 charge
The "additional # charge rate" is only calculated after the activation rate.
Lower +1 charge =/= lower activation chance.

The only issue is, the 1st additional charge has the highest activation rate compared to the others. The highest possible rate the rest can have are 20, 15 and 10.

Once it activates, the chances of you having any of the additional charges is 100%. It rolls for the 30% and then again for one of the additional charges.

This. A lower chance of +1 charge is better, as that just means that more often, when CC activates, you'll get +2/3/4.

Flame Burst is anything BUT party friendly.
And it's not that worthless either, it actually does pretty decent damage on mods.

The main thing with "pro" players is spamming skills, and Flame Burst cannot be spammed for high damage. The fact that you need to load it 5 times for the epic damage is a turn-off for many people.

Arrow Revolver (Can be spammed, loads 5)
Windmill (Can be spammed)
Thunder (Can be spammed)
Ice Spear (Can be spammed)
Icebolt/Lightningbolt (Can be spammed)
Crash Shot (Can be spammed)
Ranged (Can be spammed)
Water Cannon (Can be spammed)

Energetic is a good enchant for weapons that adds 50 Stamina, but it'll cost being a lower age, which shouldn't matter that much when you get high Stamina base from Alchemy Mastery and Production Mastery.
It's a rank suffix obtained from Ciar Normal, fairly easy to obtain, but you just gotta burn it off a Broad Stick.
Flame is also a great enchant for headgear, if you use Flame Burst a lot. But I still would rather use Vine since it doesn't personalize your item, and it's easier to obtain...Rather than running Peaca Int full way to the end chest with little chances of getting it. It's always going to be a 1/8 chance or how many people you bring anyhow, because it's a personalized scroll.
