  Anything on a good level usually can one or two hit the elite four pokemon with surf or fly.

  Well, if you were making this a serious team, then you need a Lead. Something quick like Crobat (easy to obtain) or Azelf (harder to obtain) or a handful of others. Your team has enough sweepers, so you don't need anything else there if they have good coverage... you could probably use a Wall (Phys, Spec, or Mixed) or Stall to fill in the last one as well.
  
  Or your starter, since he's oh so special.
