I'm going to open up recruitment for my guild (Baconkkake) very shortly, and have been working for a while on improving the guild as a whole, now.
So, if you are willing, share the thing you like best about your guild, and I'd like to read them and see if I can improve my guild based on what other people are happy with in theirs.
Thanks everyone in advance ;)
Edit: What makes your guild unique ?

We're all pretty close-knit. Known each other for a long time.

While I hardly play mabi anymore, Back when I was in my guild...
What I loved the most was how everyone treated each other like family. Sure there were arguments and discussions, but through and through we stuck together.
I also loved the way people were willing to help each other, Lively guild chats were also nice.

Edited the post >< What I meant was, what's something, whether it be an event that you do, or the whole atmosphere of the guild.
What is it that sets your guild apart from others ?

How I drop everything I'm doing to help the guildies but they never help me.

I love how I randomly get mailed little trinkets from guild members. Small things like paper cranes or gems, etc. It might not seem like much, but to newb players it's a big gift. I dunno, it's heartwarming. :>

Saying hi is so simple, yet so nice in guild chat.
Receiving it is... =D

It's probably mainly because I've been in my guild for a long time, but I love active guild chats where people don't just ignore you if you actually contribute to the topic. And sillyness is nice too. We talk about things from actual mabi things to news of our current whereabouts to...tacos.
Also, in general, I love guilds that host regular events. But unique events. Not like a PVP tournament every week or something.
I think the guild I'm in is at a nice size. I dislike big guilds because chat will get confusing, and small guilds where there aren't many people on or no one talks. It's also nice to not have elitist people who are only interested in beating others in PVP or something all the time as well.

I haven't been in my new guild for very long (juuust joined,) but I like it being small. Chat window isn't clogged up with guild chat, but you can still have a conversation.

I like how we think of our guild as the "place where people go to quit"

My guild has tons of funny, friendly and helpful people... they also don't treat me badly just because I'm shy or don't talk much, which is something I appreciate.
Though what I like the most is that everyone is laid back and there's no drama~ or conflict... there's also no self-described "mabinogi pros" or other types of annoying people to worry about.

mmm these days my guild doesnt have as many active players as it used to, but i like that we are a small guild -> close bond. i like that we can be rude to each other for the luls. we raid fairly often, and i like that. it helps us cooperate and bond more?? like we'll know what each other wants us to do, even if they don't explain. like getting used to each other's fighting styles to become a perfect fighting party is a great feeling as well. i also like that we are not greedy to one another. i send all my alch crystals to my alchemist guildies. sometimes they send me mp pots.
i dont know, i think it's easier to be close if the guild is small. when i was in another guild, i loved the fact that whenever i was bored and suggested any random guildrun, a lot of people would be all for it and we'd guild run often. fun~
