They can fit attacks in better with GCHS, whereas hammers would have just died in one hit.

I probably did mean it offensively, due to his inexperience in the game.
Its difficult to have a discussion with people that arent lv44 and havent experienced everything about whatever the topic is. Feels like a waste of time to me.

Though swords are better at sneaking in attacks, in no way do they have such an exceptional advantage over hammers.
Hammers are easily quite survivable. With swords, you sneak in low-damage attacks between bosses hits. Hammers, on the other hand, can only sneak in Sprint Smashes, and when the boss misses a large attack, or there is a tired animation, hammers have the ability to deal devastating blows.

But the topic was future content, so how are you more experienced that anyone else?
@Andy, I was talking about a specific boss, not the general procedure. I'm not going to pretend to be knowledgeable about Fiona, but I know that much already. The problem for hammers is that his large attack tired animation and panting animation are hardly enough for a blossom blow. His knockdown is short too, a non-charged stigma would put you in danger as he stands up.

He plays on KR servers.

You aren't really having a discussion. I'm asking you
questions, and clarifying when some video I saw on youtube seems to contradict what you said. Doesn't seem
that hard.
If you'd prefer it that I end every sentence with a question mark to emphasize my uncertainty, I will do so. I know it's not always clear, but when I argue I'm not always trying to prove people wrong. Many times, I'm just looking for confirmation.
@Andy: here's a video of the boss if you want to know what Rain's talking about. Fiona too. Although not hammer.

Sorry, hadn't noticed that string of posts.
Something I've noticed by watching the few videos I got on youtube from searching his name. His pre-attack charge-up and his after attack recovery are both long enough for a Calla. Maybe its just my love for a good baseball hit.

Can anyone who's watched that video explain what's going on? It honestly just looks like he's blocking the entire time. He got off one blossom blow, but besides that I don't see anything.

I can honestly say... that both Fionas are going to suck for that fight.
The LLR that Sword can get off to slightly beat Hammers LR, will just be matched by the higher base ATT on the Hammer.
SP skills included and whatnot.

I thought the higher base ATT was negated by the lower balance. Hammers essentially do an average of .80 of the total ATK (.60 balance), while swords do an average of .90 (.80 balance)
