  It's a whole other Chapter why would you need to finish the previous chapter to go onto another chapter? Has that ever happened?

  It's a whole new chapter therefore you don't need to do either G12 or any other prior generations to do G13.

  For this chapter, you'll have to do G13 to G16 in an order. However like I said in other two posts, you can start on G13 without needing to complete G9-G12.
  
  I don't see why you guys keep refusing to believe and still thought "OMG I NEED TO FINISH G12 TO START ON G13 QQ" part..
