  yea, that was bothering me as well, the whole happiness thing. I also wish they had an epilogue in his perspective, cuz it never seemed like they were giving borne to 'babies' per se but turning all of humanity into them, which is probably not what the mc wanted, and is hardly the definition of children >_> also, what the heck is he gona eat now?!

  He could always go back to eating normal foods.
  Or just eat the animals nearby. It never had to be human. Raw meats seemed to do the job.
  
  Its implied that Saya didn't even directly eat humans until the one she killed the one she's caught eating. She was eating donor organs, stray cats, and random small animals.
