  Here is
  Rain's secret technique #74 (6 steps): "Unarmed and naked against a ranged capable armed assailant"
  
  Step 1: Diversion.
  Bring attention to your nakedness by swingin' 'em around, or by shouting, "I'M NAKED!" This will break his concentration and distract him.
  
  Step 2: Close distance.
  Use the distance close technique from Technique 12: "Closing distance between a single ranged capable assailant"
  You must finish off the diversion of step 1 which freed his concentration, and finalize it by sealing his focus into something else. (I.E. you need to throw something at him. Make sure it's something he'd want to catch. Something that's spikey or pointy or heavy.)
  
  Step 3: Momentum Strike (Solar Plexus)
  You're moving quickly before he unseals his focus and puts it back on you, so use this to your advantage. Focus all your momentum into a powerful blow to the solar plexus, using the elbow would be optimal because it leaves your hands free for step 5.
  
  Step 4: Backup Strike (Lie-Style Silver Crescent Strike)
  This is only to be used if the chest is obscured (Because he caught what you threw at him perhaps). Using Lie-style (twisting) motions either knock away the obstruction or orient his body for the strike, whichever is needed. This is higher level than step 3 because you use the momentum from step 2 on yourself and then use yourself against your enemy, rather than simply using the momentum against your enemy. Either way, depending on how you end up, do a Crossing Silver Crescent Strike, or a Reverse Silver Crescent Strike (Silver Crescent is the throat) (See: Technique 53: Silver Crescent Strike Variations.)
  
  Step 5: Technique 21: "Imperfect Venom"
  He holds a knife which would be better to use than a gun for various reasons, so take it and use his own weapon against him. You should be able to do this with ease because either step 3 or step 4, whichever you preformed, will stun him momentarily. Don't think this means you can take your time, however. You must be as swift as the wind.
  
  Step 6: Technique 38: "Soul Open"
  Stab him in the chest.
