Alchemy requires less initial and sustained investment of resources than Magic. The Alchemy skills most frequently spammed are cheaply store-bought while the rarer crystals are still significantly cheaper than the cost of mana potions and wand repairs. Alchemy also effectively eliminates the need for expensive enchanted gear while providing the bulk of its damage through skills versus stats.
Alchemy is Mabinogi on easy mode.
DevCat "balanced" Magic because players could obtain end game damage with a mere 400 AP investment. The same exact thing should definitely happen to Alchemists.

I'm pretty sure most Alchemist expect a golem nerf in the future. Well I sure do, even if I love my golem, I find them quite overpowered.

Also I agree with you there. Flame alchemy is so much fun, but my favorite alchemy is, and probably will stay Frozen blast. The feeling of trolling a monster by freezing it, and removing it's defence and protection is great.

I always like to pretend that the cylinder is a pistol or revolver and I am a magic gunner. Loading my bullets in my gun to deal damage or to act as a support. Now all I need is an alchemic way to heal my teammates. Imagine if you could crystalize party heal bullets in 4 seconds and cast them? Wouldn't that be awesome?

You and I think alike. I'm always "complaining" in my guild about how I wish I could heal with alchemy. And I like the way alchemy could really be considered magic gunning. Crystal as bullet, cylinder as guns. But on the otherside I think alchemy healing would kill the purpose to rank party healing as a mage and planning to use it. I mean even with less efficiency a heal is a heal...one that doesnt cost mana either.

I'm all for it. Incorporate it with Mana Crystallization or make it is own category. Imagine... Healing 120 hp every four seconds, however unlike party heal, which can be cast in 2 seconds (while Alchemic Healing takes 4 seconds), and gives defense, Alchemic Party Heal won't give defensive bonus. But imagine raising your arm in the air as blue sparkling light shoots out of the cylinder then explodes above you like fireworks as sparkling blue light falls down all around you with a 1000 range, healing all allies.
