  Basic summary of the skill training changes:
  Buff: easier to train
  Nerf: harder to train
  
  1. Windmill, Buffed WAYYY too much.
  From r4 to r1, added win a battle against an enemy (same req that golem summoning gets)
  r4
  .01 (3000times)
  r3
  .01 (3000times)
  r2
  .005 (4500times)
  
  Refine
  just that more pts per reqs (too lazy to write all)
  buff from r5 to r1
  but an example is in r5, mythril success gives 5 instead of 4.
  AND YOU DONT NEED TO DO FAILS FOR R2! well i guess it would be easier if u did, but not mandatory!
  
  Alchemy Mastery
  From rF to rC, win battle against enemy (not cp based) req added
  r7 to r1 gets nerfed, examples being for r5
  the req for killing awful enemies goes from .05 to .035
  
  Fishing
  gets buffed to have 2x training
  example being at r2, training for catching a fish goes from .01 to .02
  
  Playing Instrument
  Buff due to added training by playing music to plants
  
  Potion making
  similar deal with refine. all the reqs are same, just buffed the training profs by few pts.
  example: at rA using mana herb to make pot: .02 to .03
  Buff for rD and rA
  Weaving
  similar deal with pot making
  buff for rD and rA
  rD
  thick thread success .1->.2
  rA
  thin thread success .3->.4
  
  Charge
  buffed training profs so its actually rankable after r5.
