  Achievable on cloth palette, definitely.
  
  As for leather palette, I don't know about that...I got a shade like this with the leather palette:

  But it's kinda way to light to be the shade you're talking about, pretty sure it can get a darker one though.

  Alchemy Mastery was not nerfed. Flame Burst, however, was rebalanced. Flame Burst used to have a damage multiplier of x7.2 at five charges. It now has a x5 multiplier at five charges but the base damage has been increased.
  
  The wiki was simply wrong. At one point we believed that it gave a bonus of x1.45 at r1. It actually gives a status bonus of x1.15 at r1. Several alchemy skills have a secondary multiplier somewhere in their formula that improves the status bonus that Alchemy Mastery provides (typically Alchemy Mastery gives a bonus of x1.45 to these skills). This is the method the game programing uses.
  
  Example: Barrier Spikes (x3 multiplier; x1.45%)
  Base HP * [1 + 3*(Alchemy Mastery Bonus + Earth Alchemy Mastery Bonus)]
  
  Example: Frozen Blast (x5 multiplier; x1.75%)
  (Freezing Time * {1 + 5*[Alchemy Mastery Bonus + (Water Alchemy Mastery Bonus + Wind Alchemy Mastery Bonus)/2]}).

  Since it's a 2H, probably Necromancer Crocodile.
  you need r6 wind blast, r1 combat mastery, and rank 5 wind guard.

  Elite Missions are not restricted to any level, but are harder than Hard level missions and require a special stone to enter. Great for leeching exp.
