Ok, I'm ranking refining. Given the insane prices people charge for iron frags (not sure when it jumped up so high). Is it better for me to sell my ingots and using most of that money buy frags to cut metallurgy time. Or should I use my Novice fragmentation and not need to pay 7-8k per stack.

Your novice fragmentation will yield you few iron frags in return. Either rank the skill or sell the iron ingots for the reasonable amount of 20k a stack (or be like everyone else's unreasonable pricing and go 50k). Either way, at Frank N you won't get any remotely useful amount of iron back.

If I unequip my Falias Treasure, will it still degrad over time? Or does it only lose dura like a normal equipment and needs to be equipped?

It only loses dura when worn.

Has the zombies for Puzzle Master Event been implemented? Can't find them maybe because not looking hard enough.

Supposedly they appear in one (maybe random) town a day, at 11:20 PM, and only stay until 2 AM or something like that.
Does anybody know why CH2 Tarlach Dunbarton is so empty? There's a total of maybe 4 shops there. I remember reading about crashing over the weekend, but even with that Dunbarton was full then. It's so empty now.
Also, for the Blacksmith ptj, is there something that affects the ore reward at the end? I did it quite a bit last week and got nothing but iron ore, but today, 6 in a row of gold ore already.

The crashing a lot has been going on for a while now, but you probably figured it out by now. D:
Hence why not a lot of people are in Dunbarton, even those that normally feed their egos on a regular basis in Dunbarton.

Yes, it has. If you're not finding them enough, Emain Macha has the highest possibility of the zombies spawning there, so you should check there.
And fyi, it seems pretty often that you will get pots.

Yeah I had thought it was the crashing XD I just found it weird that people were saying it was happening a lot over the weekend, yet Dunbar was full then, but empty yesterday, but almost full again today :(

Have holy waters or fixed dyes changed in price a huge amount over the last year or so?
Also, I'm returning after a year or two of inactiveness, I think; last played when alchemy and shadow missions had just been introduced. Have there been any huge additions to the game since then? What skills should I be working on? My character is only 140ish (lag sux lol) with R4 WM and around.. R8 crit, I think. Should I keep working on those two for now?

They kinda doubled due to the economy right now, but still workable. Regular dyes cost more, though, as they have doubled quite a bit too.
Not really huge additions besides new generations, new items, Port Cobh, Avon, Destinies, new Shadow Missions, and not really much anything else. Just follow the generations, and it won't be as confusing.
And yeah, keep working on those, since you're pretty close to 1. Ever since the update, Windmill is much easier to train, with the 2x training if you have a Warrior Destiny.

Awesome!
Zombies still the best place to head for WM training, or are SMs better now? And did they ever fix the Bind quest glitch? *fingers crossed*

You can train windmill in Their Method. SM full of only zombies, so easy training + good exp reward at the end.
