  You don't need that. You can buy it off of Arzhela for 150k if you want it again, but it's pretty much useless anyway.

  Btw: I believe the one you get from mainsteam is either unrepairable or very expensive to repair. The one from Arzhela may be 150k, but it's a lot cheaper to repair. And it has 6dur vs 2dur.

  In the end, I'd say r1 windmill/critical hit would be best for most Hardmode Dungeons. This is actually the case for Alby Hardmode as well.
  Now, as you say, Life Drain is a GREAT combo with windmill, so feel free to incorporate that =)

  Er, I was under the impression for a LONG time that alchemy skills such as flame burst and water cannon bypass protection when calculating critical. Or is that only flame burst and not water cannon? I don't use water cannon often, but now that I think about it, I very rarely crit on hardmode mobs with water cannon at a 30% crit rate while I do tend to crit pretty often with flame burst. If even flame burst doesn't bypass it, I don't know why I'm critting so often then. :x

  Crash Shot ignores protection for calculating critical chance, just like Windmill... and it's fairly easy to cap critical with smash/magnum on just about every hardmode dungeon and shadow mission outside of Alby Adv. Hardmode (even then you can still cap crit there with those skills, just takes a dedicated enchant setup).

  Flame Burst does, Water Cannon doesn't.
  
  Rule of thumb: If it's an AoE skill, it's 99% likely that it ignores protection for calculating critical chance (unless the skill doesn't deal critical damage at all, like Shock).
