  R1 Rain Casting does cover most of a normal dungeon room, although in normal dungeon rooms, you wouldn't need Rain Casting to run.
  
  Peaca abyss is a completely different story. You'd need radius reforge for that.

  Kunai Storm is the only single worth reforge out of Ninja as I see it. There could be Shuriken Max Damage update later on, but that's another story. Also, note that range can go on other things as well, such as clothes.
  
  That being said, because of the utility heavy reforges, you'd need high base damage. To give you an idea, I have rank 1 all Ninja skills, and at the end of usual Archery talent rebirth, I sit at high 700s with Demi Lich Girgashiy Anju's, well over 800 when I rebirth in Culinary Artist or Close Combat. To compare that with my other max, 840ish max with Bhafel Combo, 920-70 with CRKs depending on talent, even though I won't fall behind much in max compared to my Bow, I still don't have Ninja reforges. I personally feel I'd need more max with Ninja to actually be satisfied with it compared with other classes so for now it's on me to raise Will, but Ninja is basically a STR grind for me.
  
  I'm not saying you have to be at a point where you hit 1k max with Shurikens, but I'd say you generally want mid 800 or high 800 to start doing things. If you're not at a point where your gunner isn't "viable yet" and also not much Fighter ranked, I'd assume you want stats from those first.
  
  As for the attack speed set question, my personal take is that it's not necessary but always a plus. Looking at how dependent Ninja is on Kunai Storm, there will only be few occasions where you'd be using normal attacks. One situation that I can think on top of my head is Shuriken Charge -> Kunai Storm -> pew -> Shuriken Charge.

  I only say that gunner isn't viable due to my lack of int, but I'm sort of almost near cap str so it shouldn't be too much of a problem for ninja (just need gunner str, hilwen engineering, trans mastery, doppel, and the two fighter and mage skills). Probably a good time to start raising will since I have just neglected it though.
  
  Most likely I can't achieve a speed set (due to lack of patience in saving up for a langu) but there is also attack speed reforges so maybe I could get that. Might need to sacrifice a bit of max to slap on some speed enchants too if I decide to go with it.
  
  If I may ask, how much Str and Will do you have to achieve that amount of max?

  imo 800 shuriken max unbuffed with high level kunai storm range is already enough to outdo any other skillset regardless of damage in weaker content like dungeons and shadow missions.
  
  I mean, mobs in dailies only have so much HP and being able to kill deadlies or new spawns in the same attack really speeds things up and you can always follow up with shooting rush or w/e you want pretty much immediately.
  
  Also, there's pretty much no reason to get att. speed for guns if you're using dowra (unless you care about fb finish). For shuriken, even less so because you only really use skills then alternate to a different weapon for even more skills.

  It's probably like ~1500 but raincast is enough because mobs don't usually spawn at extreme corners and raincast radius is way way way larger than 600 once you rank all the associated masteries.

  Well, other person already said it, but yeah, 800 max is good enough to do in stuff like HM missions (or some elite as well). Nicer to have higher max in general, but as a skill set that will be used for mainly Kunai Storm's control, I don't think the max damage is as important as the others.
  
  Even with crazy high max, because of how the skill set is designed, there will be few other classes that out damage Ninja in general, but there's basically nothing that lives up to the utility provided by Kunai Storm, Shadow Cloak, and Explosive Kunai (very overlooked skill, I use this in Alban quite often, and probably one of the big reasons why I was able to clear solo Heroic in less than 4 hours). And because of this nature, it probably won't be your "main" class, but your secondary/tertiary. Here's my question to you: do you think it's worth it to have reforges dedicated to secondary/tertiary skill sets? Some people will answer no. As for me, I have Crisis radius reforge on my Bohemian Hat, the hat that I wear like 85% of the time even though I don't puppet a lot anymore, and CC 20 Bars, as well as Tribolt Wand with Casting Speed reforge, although it's not very high. Those are all areas that I consider my secondary/tertiary. Whether having those reforges or not is worth is up to you.
  
  As for attack speed set, two things: 1. You DON'T have to get a Languhiris set. You're allowed to have this when you can have the luxury to have that money and still have leftovers to enchant and reforge. You still have an option of getting CD pieces with Hawk on the foot or Marquis on the gauntlet. 2. It's a plus on Ninja, but not very significant. At most, you'll get one or two more attacks between Shuriken Charges.
  
  As for the stats needed, I'm reaching high 700s with ~1.8k STR + Will on Archer talent (up to 1.9-2k with Close Combat) but I could bump this up over 800 by having better enchants on my gloves as well as having better reforges for damage.

I might not even get it ever lol, but I will go for the Kunai Storm Range reforge as I feel like it's one of the more beneficial reforges to have situationally. At least 17+ is what I will go for. I'm sure my max is under 800, but by raising my Will and making a proper shuriken it should go up. Thank you both for your inputs.

  How can I exploit this to get more training on the "cast magic" requirement than the cast snap (since you need to do more magic than snap anyway to rank the stupid thing)?
