Found this in a topic at gamefaqs, above link contains pictures and videos and here's the gist of it,
-Magic Arrow is now launched with the normal attack button
-All other skills are part of a spell charge system, all runes and cooldowns eliminated.
-Concentration skill added. Charge spells using the smash attack button. There are four stages. The first two stages charge faster than the last two. At each stage different spells are available. You choose the spell by pressing a certain direction button while at that charging stage.
-Stage 1 Spells: Magic Fire Mine (down) and Healing Pearl (left)
-Magic Fire Mine no longer needs Eagle Talon. You can set it up almost instantly. They can also be instantly created after Flying Sparrow.
-Healing Pearl generates healing orbs that float in place. No Healing Runes needed anymore.
-Stage 2: Firebolt (down) and Ice Blast (left)
-Firebolt is now spammable, with longer distance and lower damage.
-Ice Blast is an AoE Freeze. All enemies hit by it will be frozen in place regardless of what they're doing.
-Stage 3: Ice Spear (down)
-Shoots out a beam of ice that freezes anything in front of you, INCLUDING BOSSES. Watch the video if you don't believe me.
-Stage 4: Blind Arrow (down)
-Yep, Blind Arrow is now a normal skill! Spammity Death! Yay! Shorter range though, to balance it out.
-Alchemy Skills are now used with the "Alchemy Box" equippable item. You put it in your number hotkeys.
-Pressing the appropriate hotkey in battle opens up an additional hotkey interface showing all alchemy items, including Mercury Binder, Mana Pistol, and Mana Amber.
-Mana Pistol is learned at level 56.
-Mana Amber temporarily encases you in a giant Erg Crystal that makes you invincible and unable to attack, while constantly consuming stamina. Enemy attacks will bounce you around like a beach ball. Very entertaining.

Me gusta mucho.
Anyone have information on what the new SP skill would be?

Me encanta. :o
(Questionable Spanish is... questionable. *is extremely rusty*)
Well, maybe love is a bit of an overstatement. I don't know if this will lure me away from a scythe, but I like where the new spells are going. While I can't seem to play any of the videos for some reason (and being unable to read Korean isn't much of a help...), from what I can see this should be a very nice upgrade for staffies. That Ice Spear spell sounds pretty useful. And yay for no more healing runes! I actually enjoyed healing while I was stuck with a staff, so this would be something I'd look forward to if I ever were to pick up a staff again.

personally, im not sure if a healing pearl is an improvement or not if the person needs to walk over it,
but is likely a step in the right direction.
this game seems to frown upon needing healers to survive

unlimited healing, unlimited blind arrows, unlimited fireballs, unlimited ice spears should make staff evie worth using again.
i might switch when this comes out sounds really fun tbh.
with the long load times, staff evie will become a nuker which is always fun to play :D

Somehow, I figured the revamp was going to introduce Ice Spear. I was honestly expecting the explosion effect as well, though.
All in all, the charging system looks pretty neat, and what they came up with is looking better than I imagined back when they announced they were doing this. I might actually start playing again when this hits the NA server.

Kay back to staff for me when this comes out. I actually liked the current staff evie format even though it was underpowered, it gave me a challenge, and also another perspective from the Scythe click-spamming.
EDIT: Ice spear &nd Evie's unique survival skill looks great! Can't wait!
Also, inb4lanns cry op.

Thanks for posting the videos, Andy. :D
Ice spear indeed looks awesome. Should really come in handy for soloing.
And I burst out laughing at the last video. Screw dodging. Who needs that when you can turn into a diamond-shaped ping pong ball? That alone makes me want to play a staff at least a couple of times just to record videos of boss fights. xD
Also, how is it that the Gnoll Chieftain has a danger sign over his head each time he's about to swing? Wish I had that when I was still a newb.
