Trans EXP =/= Trans points
2,000 Trans EXP = 1 Trans Level = 1 Trans point.

Open the Character panel then click on the Path button. That opens the trans panel where you will see a tree of skills plus info on how much trans xp and skill points you have.

I remember seeing trans builds somewhere, but I can't remember where. Does anyone have these handy? It'd be great to have those edited in the OP too.

Oooh, I did not know that killing monsters after killing the boss does not give trans exp. Handy! Thank you! :) I don't like being in trans, so now I can cancel the trans as soon as the cut scene ends without worrying about losing out on exp! (not going to worry about specially killing trash mobs before killing bosses for trans exp, not worth it to me >//<;)

Question: How many points can you put into a trans path? I mean can I put points in every single skill or do I have to pick? And if I have to pick, what's the number of points I can spend on each path?

You have to pick.
Currently, the cap is 40 points to spend total. Previously, it was 20 points. Presumably, the cap will be raised again, but there will also be new things to spend points on. However, Nexon will likely reset your point distribution, as they did when 2nd Transformation came out.

So I guess 20 points for each path then? ok I can work with that.

If you want you can put more than 20 points in the first path, but you have to spend 20 before you can put any into the second transformation's benefits.

Good to know. I need to check second trans more carefully. If there's nothing I want, then sure 20+ on path 1 might work out better.

One thing worth pointing out (in case it isn't obvious)...
The bonuses you get from the first path always apply during the transformation, whether in stage 1 or 2. The second path skills and abilities only apply while you're in stage 2.
