If the SP is cut in half, it went from costing 16 to 8... originally it was 10, so this is a big stamina saver. It means AR is 2 second load, but each arrow is effectively 1.6 stamina per arrow, almost the same level as Elf Range which is 1.5, so Human AR is almost the same cost as Elf Range Attack per arrow, making it even better than old AR.
This is AR 3.0, because AR 1.0 was too powerful in its days, AR 2.0 was a mess, but 3.0 is the silvertine adamantium surprise.

about time for the AR to be useful again.. and please dont ask [insert combat type here] to get buffed because the range will get a buff..
archers need to work for life skills just to get good damage.. dont say its OP atm.. cause it sux big time..

Problem with range is that Devcat took a Blizzard approach when nerfing it. That means, someone whined that range was OP in pvp and they nerfed them, neglecting range's functionality for PVE.

100% is still pretty useless unless they upped the aiming speed too, and since most of the time with mag spam enemy will be running towards you, you would only get 90% anyways.

Yes but with the new update, it's inescapable without Final Shot or Final Hit. GG giants.

elf get 92% running, 94% walking and 100% still...kind of op aimming but me like :DD
<3 more inv space, everyone gotta love that >:D
