  It does take me a looong time though. I couldn't do 5 minutes even if I tried my hardest. Even 10 would be a struggle. But in the end it's always a strong one.

  Basically, if you're having trouble, just pace yourself and maybe it'll help ._. As soon as you get used to the feeling enough you'll probably start lasting longer naturally even if you enjoy it just as much. But without pacing... yeah.
