Yes, I got those ideas from Diablo II. Had to have something to get people started though.
@Kaeporo That sounds like a very useful skill!
Yes, I guess it's a good idea to make a new thread and organize stuff. But for something like the Combat Wand thread I think it was much better in it's own separate thread, so I hope people keep posting there and don't come here to talk about the same thing .-.
But for more general stuff this is a good idea xD

Here's one:
Spare Change. Throws gil at monster. 1 mil = 9999 dmg.

That already exists. And he meant something that boosts Luck passively.
You're still pretty slow Sarah.

Similar to Kaeporo's, a bit, but w/e...
Arrow Rain
-Load Time: 10s rF, 7s r1
-Damage (per arrow): 20% rF, 50% r1
-Load Consumption: 15SP, 30MP.
Skill drains, throughout it's use, 7SP and 5MP per second. It lasts until either stat runs out, the quiver is exhausted, or the skill is canceled manually. Bow breakage will not cancel the skill, though damage will be reduced significantly.
Long-range bows only (2000+).
The player turns their bow to the sky, and focuses their mana to speed their movements. This is of course both physically and mentally exhausting. They fire and reload at a blinding speed, firing 3 arrows per second at rF, up to 10 arrows per second at r1, almost straight up. The arrows rain down in a selected target area, similar to Adniel's. Each will fall randomly, striking any monster with a hitbox overlapping the spot it hits for low damage.
At r5, it is possible to drink potions, though it will cause a 1 second delay in the firing.
At r1, quivers can be exchanged, causing a 3s delay.

I'm pretty sure he means skills that add to your base luck as your rank them
@Wasbewwi
that seems useful, but abuse able.. nothx
How about
Triple Shot
shoots 3 arrows at once
can be learned by both Humans and Elves except Elves would be able to run with it loaded, humans cannot

That could never be added because of the amount of raging from elves.

I know they would but I don't see why
add a **** load of stamina use + walking for humans
they would still have the range advantage

Giant's Willpower
A passive skill for giants that offers passive defenses of each type.
+1% Heavy Stander/Natural Shield/Mana Reflector Effect per rank.
+40 HP and 20 Will from rF->r1
And master title could add +5% extra PD chance.
Giants are big and should be harder to knock around without having to be in a special stance.

Pedophile.
Take your pants off and scare all the monsters away.
It's the opposite of Taunt.

Athleticism- Increases movement speed. Higher ranks = faster movement
Sprint- Use stamina to move faster, but cannot attack during sprint, higher rank = faster movement and less stamina consumption
maybe some more passives?
Dual wield mastery, 2h mastery, shield mastery, stave mastery?
Gut smash- instantly interupt a combo, and stun the enemy. Higher ranks = less cooldown, and more damage
These were some ideas from other games I played

Wand Mastery
When using a wand, MP use -1% per rank
Magic, when using a wand, +1 every (other?) rank
Mana Evap lessening (up to 30%?)
Could give int or mp as you rank.
Master title could give more MP Usage/Mana Evap Lessening?
Healing Mastery
Passive Healing Increase (+1 per rank for Healing, +10 or 15 per rank for Party Healing?)
Healing Spell MP Use Lessening (-15% at r1?)
Passive Wound Healing (1% of healed amount per rank?)
Master title could be like an improved version of Party Healing Master? Otherwise I wouldn't see why a healer would use it over that one. :p
(Maybe it'd be called "the Healing Master" since "Master of Healing" is taken by... well, the Healing spell. xD)

"Arrow enchanting
this skill lets you enchant arrows with an ice, fire, lighting elemental, and the enchanted arrow will do additional elemental damage.
higher ranks increases the elemental damage an arrow can inflect, rank 1 enchanted arrow will have a chance to inflect an elemental effect of freezing for ice, shocked/stun for lighting and burning for fire."
"Guided shot
by focusing ones mana on to the arrrow and using it to guide its trajectory, the guided shot is an unmissable attack, higher ranks increases the range of the of arrow as well as the damage, starting at rank 5 you will be able to shoot 2 guided arrows repaid succession ignoring the cool down once, however due to the concentration required, the skill have an load time of 3 seconds and a cool down of 5 seconds"

Just thought of a new skill
Headshot- Slow aim, must be 1500+ ft.(whatever the unit is for distance in mabi)
automatic critical hit, higher rank adds more critical damage to skill
stacks with critical hit and R upgrade
for balancing purposes 3 second load, and can only be shot at 100%
