  Chances shouldn't be given to you, or anyone else. If you're just given the chance to do something, you won't care as much about it. However, if you take the initiative, and work towards what you want, you'll value it more, and do a better job at it.
  
  Being blunt again: What Moppy says doesn't matter. Osay and I assume Falsetto make the final decision, so you should focus your attention on them, rather than reacting to what other mods or super mods say.

  I don't act all that childish... I'll joke, and say off-colored jokes and the like, but when it comes to things like this, or a few other posts, I keep it pretty straight forward and serious.
  
  Theres times to joke and be childish, and there are times where you need to be ready to deal with issues.

  Being a staff member blows, maybe not on this site but in general. Its a lot of work if the community is run properly, and you take a lot of flak for things not in your control if something goes wrong.
