My parents make fun of my for playing Pokemon. Then I look them in the eye, fearlessly saying "Pikachu" then they just give me a blank stare. Can't let your parents control what you enjoy and what you don't enjoy.

Besides my one friend making fun of me, my dad sometimes watches me play. He doesn't say anything, and my mom used to buy me NX cards so they don't really care. They know my career will be with things like this so, they won't criticize me for it.

Interesting. May I ask what it is?

My parents pay me in NX cards so they can make fun of me all they want. :'D
They say it's better than me being "one of those street punks".

They make fun at me for anything rpg-anime related, they think it's cartoons.
And my dad keeps saying that games are viruses, and I think he knows they are not.
He still forces me to delete them.

My mom just calls it a stupid game when I spend a long time on it.
But I think I'm gonna quit because it's pretty boring. 8D
BUT, when she says it's stupid I lol at her for playing her stupid Pogo games online.

Do something like farming or fishing and see what their reactions are like.
I personally feel conflict in video games are unavoidable, yet it doesn't have to be about that all the time.
Thing is, whenever they invade my room to see what I'm doing, for some unknown reason(or maybe just really bad luck) they always intrude when I'm doing a dungeon, and not anything life-skill related. If I asked them to come into my room, they would think of it as a waste of time, so oh well.
@All of the people who have parents that play video games with them: Consider yourself very lucky. What I would give to get my dad or mom to play games with me.

AGH! I know that feeling all to well. My parents all bug me right in the middle of fighting or when I'm playing S4 (you cant stop playing that game or you get kicked after a short time), and its annoying Dx cause its EVERY TIME!!!!!!

My parents think that fps was going to make me like a crazy shooter like the ''Shooting in Dawson'' incident. They freaked out when I had a knife out playing CS:S.
And I also hide my gaming persona to anybody not in my family (and my dad). I have Chock, a RPG loving, anime loving (Only my cousins know Dx) and I go to websites like this one. For everything else, I use the Trick persona, I only play some fps games and console games and don't really care or know that much about the internet xD.
I use to keep making my brother play RPG's with me, but he gets bored too fast. Before, I make him grind for me in maple, just had to teach him how to pick up, how to heal, how to attack and use skills and how to sit. REAL LIFE GRIND-BOT WIN. I use my brother too much. He's some kind of buisnessman in school ( Right now he's 11 btw and I made him do my work since he was like 6 or 8 xD.) and I told him to buy a 360, and he did xD.
EDIT: And you know that feeling you get when you make your teacher play games with you? Like in Lucky Star. Don't do it, he will make you not want to logon on weekdays and play late at night.
