  It's a system that was implemented and it doesn't say they go off sale anywhere on it, so can we assume they'll be permanent additions?

  On JP, they're limited-edition.
  Though, they ARE on sale for a relatively long time; they're going to be up til about mid-December (so, about 3 months after they were released).
  
  Of course, NA is free to do whatever it wishes. Maybe it'll be permanent, maybe it'll be sold for a shorter period of time, a longer period of time, etc.

  If we know Nexon, it'll be limited time to get quick money.. then they'll re-release or "extend" to get that extra buck sort of pressuring players to get it asap.
