I suppose. Was he even introduced in the ALO arc?
At the beginning he's mentioned for helping Kirito get in contact with the people he met in-game. Though he doesn't actually appear until the GGO arc.
I've decided to give this thing a try after avoiding it for a long time due to it being one of those popular animes that I tend to dislike. I was pleasantly surprised. :3

I decided to watch this over the weekend. I know there's supposedly an episode left so I won't judge too harshly...
Not going to spoil either. Just going to say I enjoyed it up until episode 13.
When they got to 14, the impression I got from it is that the writers forgot they had to end the series in 15 episodes so they shoved everything into about 18 minutes of episode time. It was extremely quick, boring, and disappointing, especially after I really enjoyed the rest of it. It was like "Oh you were enjoying this series? Well fuck you."

There are still 11 episodes left.

Then why is everyone telling me the next episode is the last D:
Also a lot of bitching about the ending.
I'm not sure why they'd say episode 15 is the last, but I would understand if they said episode 14 instead, if they meant the end of SAO. Since, well, that's when the game SAO ends in the anime. Episode 15 is the beginning of the ALO(Alfheim Online) arc, which will be the remainder of the twenty six episodes.
Aniplex just licensed SAO. Anyone planning to buy it, say good bye to a good 300~500+ dollars.

Finally.. ALO...
the moment I've been waiting for is only a few episodes away..

The irony of SAO for me is that my least favorite arc was the SAO arc. I'm pretty excited now that ALO is finally starting.

Based on the titles of the episodes, I'm sure they will in 16.

Prepare yourself, the future episodes are going to make him out to be much worse.
