I only call people their real names if I care for them, even if it's just a little. I don't know, I just like to get a little more personal. So if somebody doesn't feel comfortable with me saying their names, just tell me and I'll stop. I already gave out my full name a few times and 'lots of personal information. You can probably find me with that information,[S] like when I gave my schedule out[/S].

I'm not bothered by it nor do I care. When people ask my name I usually tell them that they can either call me Nana or Michelle.
If a stranger knows my name, I'll just be confused at first and ask them how they know my name, but that's pretty much it.
I call you Mishy most of the time. :3 Except when it's more srs or something, then I'll say Michelle. :D

People don't know how to pronounce Claudia?
Surprisingly, a lot of people don't.
There are some people who say it like "Cloud-ia," which I think is kinda funny, like my piano teacher.
A lot of my friends/classmates exaggerate the beginning and turn it into "Claw-dia" or "Clawww-dia"
Pretty much the only people who can say it right are those who don't have Boston accents.
Actually, now that I think about it, I think it's how I perceive it; when people I don't like say my name, it sounds harsh and wrong. When people who are important to me say it, they say it properly. Then again, half of those people have funny things like NY accents.
Quote from TA;728009:
Tiffany means the Embodiment of God.
:awesome:
Comes from the Greek Theophania, from which theology, theism, and Theo came from. Then came Theophany, then eventually the modern current form Tiffany.
:skip:
Yeah, all I could find for Claudia was the male root.
Never lived that down.

Nope. I like it.
If I call someone by his or her first name then it's actually kind of a respect thing for me, even though people usually use surnames to show respect. I guess it's because first names are what you usually call friends by, and I tend to be more inclined to respect my friends than my "superiors" that I'm obligated to call by surname. That all probably has to do something with why I like people calling me by my real name too...

Sometimes it does. I don't really like my name though, and I dunno sometimes I just prefer if people would call me Ithi. I'm fine if you call me by my real name, I am but it does weird me out sometimes.
I do have to say it would piss me off if anyone said my last name along with my first though. I don't like telling people my last name, and if you know my last name you are either a. someone I'm close to or b. you found out by someone blurting it out.
But seriously, I'm ok with my first name being said. Last name is when you're going to piss me off.

I prefer my name over any other name/word to address me.

I hate when people use my name at work, like customers and stuff. But online it doesn't matter to me.

So you won't mind even if I use your full name?

Doesn't bother me at all. Because most of the people I have on Skype are some of my closer friends.

I don't mind. Actually, if I know someone's real name and they told me, I tend to use that name, especially since their name may change across sites and that just gets confusing.
